Went in for a gold sweet tea, they had a sale price stating 2 for $3, I got 2 went to the counter, entered my phone number, the employee rang them up and he tells me $5.67, I tell him the sign says 2 for$3 I begin to walk back to the cooler to double check he yells I know what it says, so your not going to honor that price? Both employees refused, I left feeling like this 7 11 is stealing from their customers

Clerks that work at this 7/11 are terrible. 0 customer service skills. Product price was marked with an old price, I asked if he is willing to match the price displayed on the shelf and he basically ignored me. I asked again and he just said “No”. Which is fine I guess, but literally no customer service skills. Other times it seems like you are just bothering them. Ignore this place unless you have no other options.

Place is a dump!!! Mens bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned in about a week. Trash all over the floor, sinks dirty, no toilet paper! Customer service was horrible. Cashier was on the phone and it sounded like a personal call. I seemed to be an inconvenience to him.

Decent 7-eleven but the clerk just ignored me and kept talking to someone on his ear bud at every opportunity, except when her felt it absolutely necessary to look me I y eyes and acknowledge my existence, but to bad of you actually expect to be treated like a mutual human being, that is EASY outside HIS comfort zone. For coming from there "enlightened" Country of India, you'd think he's could at least be enlightening as much as a dog. Heck even a dead dog would make you feel more welcome than THIS "enlightened soul."

Some of the absolute worst bathrooms I've ever seen in my life!! During a time where covid is still rampant, and especially when this store specifically says they take pride in their clean bathrooms... I am appalled!! I went when literally there was no soul in sight. So the fact that these bathrooms are so horrible is not acceptable and after looking at other reviews this is a common issue. The men's bathrooms were just as bad.

I tried going in to switch out my propane tank, and the clerk asked me “can you go out there and check to see if there’s any propane tanks available for you?” The freaking thing is locked. How am I supposed to check. Unprofessional if the princess behind the counter would actually do a his freaking job and help a customer.My first time there I for sure won’t be going back!

We tried to go into the store at 8:45 on a Friday night and the doors were locked. The lights were all on, but we couldn't see anyone and there wasn't a sign on the door stating hours. Went down to the Maverick instead.

Bought lottery tickets. One was already torn off and not numerical order and significantly bent. When I left, the one that was out of order was sitting aside from the others that were still stuck to each other. I didn't take it as I thought it wasn't a ticket for me. Got to the car and realized I was missing one ticket. She didn't make any effort to tell me that was my ticket or to get that ticket to me. There was also another individual with her so either of them could have done something. At the time I was in the store there was one other customer around. They clearly had the ticket sitting aside.....was it for them? Was it in case I had come back in? Unclear for sure yet the feeling I got was they were hoping I would leave without it and not return for it.

Love this 711. The employees are super nice and very helpful and there bathroom is always clean! They have a pressure regulated air machine that's only $1.50 and very easy to use. Lots of gas pumps and parking space makes it so easy to get in and get out.
