I have loved working with Caitlin and Butcher and the Blonde. She's catered for me three times, and every time has been exceptional service and delicious food! I know she'll be on time, have everything prepped beautifully, and she is a delight to chat with. Highly recommend!

Butcher and the Blonde is my go-to caterer for events both big and small. Their food is consistently high-quality, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. They are affordable, reliable, and provide outstanding customer service every single time.
I’ve worked with them on events with many different themes, and they always help me design menus that fit perfectly while also making the table presentation look incredible. My guests are always impressed—not just by the food but by the overall experience.
Caitlin is friendly, easy to work with, and brings together a team of professional, welcoming staff. I know I can count on them for consistency, creativity, and excellent service. We truly love working with Butcher and the Blonde!

5 stars because they can't delete this. It is very simple it was Mojave dry for there Cuban as well as the tacos. Heard great things about them out in Fredrick and yep totally let down at our visit to them at left hand tonight PS STAFF was epic

Frederick's hidden gem. The service was great, staff is friendly and the food excellent. I enjoyed the Cuban and it was one of the best one in the area. The Carne Fries my wife ordered looked amazing. Well worth a shot if you haven't been. We'll definitely be back.

I’ve lived in Frederick for 10 years now so I’ve been to many of our local restaurants. Tonight my daughter and I decided to try out Butcher & The Blonde for my birthday. This is by far the best most delicious food I’ve ever had in Frederick. I had the pork green chili burger and my daughter had the plain burger. Even the fries were outstanding! We also had the tasty churro bites. I highly recommend this place. Fabulous food and service! You won’t be disappointed. Our new favorite spot! 10/10!!

I was at MC Brewery. My friend orders a crispy chicken sandwich and it is delivered to the brewery. His sandwich was two crispy chicken patties with tomato on a round bun. Looked awesome. I decide to order a crispy chicken sandwich for pickup. First, I get overdone fries. Seocnd, I recieve recently heated, frozen chicken tenders on on french roll with mayo. I guess they ran out of the good stuff? Awful. I could microwave Tyson tenders and make the same sandwich. Cardboard central. Ordered a cuban for my son. Dry Dry Dry. Jersey Mikes is better.

Went there for lunch on July 3rd. Website said they would be open. Closed, no sign on door saying they were closed. Someone inside sitting at counter did not respond. Probably won't go back to try.

Food was good, the fries were over cooked and the screwed up and put pico on the speciality dish after asking for none. After I scrapped all the pico off all that was left was over cooked fries with carnitas on them and a side of guacamole. They didn't even have jalapeños on them like the menu says. When I walked in the girls were giggling and laughing so hard in the back they couldn't even hear me say hello I waited for quite a bit before they even noticed me. Saddest part was the girl who took my order also made my food but couldn't remember a request for no pico from five minutes ago.

Extremely underwhelming. Ordered the philly sandwich and the Cuban sandwich. The Cuban wasn't anything special, didn't use the right bread nor was it pressed like a real Cuban. The prime rib in the philly was terribly plain, meat had no flavor and the sandwich didn't have near enough cheese. The only side offered was french fries and both orders of fries were soggy as hell. For 30$ I am very disappointed. Most likely will not go back anytime soon.

A-amazing! The Tijuana Street Fries are delicious and a must have. We also had the Pork Carnitas Tacos, and they were to die for. You definitely get what you pay for too. My suggestion, park your booty at Mountain Cowboy across the street with a tasty beverage of your choice, call Butcher & The Blonde for a delivery and enjoy the experience, you WILL NOT be disappointed

We love the tacos and especially that they deliver over to the Mountain Cowboy. Beer and tacos are the perfect combo. This will become a favorite of ours for takeout.

I placed an order on the telephone and I spoke with an awesome young woman. The Cuban sandwich that I ordered was probably the best Cuban sandwich I ever had. But when I did curb side pick up the young woman was absolutely amazing and awesome, however I don't know her name. I just know that she is a shorter brunette and her personality is just amazing. I feel that she should be rewarded for being awesome amazing and respectful and caring. I apologize for not being able to tell you her name. But she is a awesome person.
