We recently experienced a house fire and had to relocate within very short notice. We called the office to get more information and since our first interaction we were met with knowledgeable, kind, compassionate staff who answered all of our questions in a professional and personable manner. The moving truck is a huge bonus and saved us time and money. Highly recommend this business for your storage needs!

I have had this storage unit for 3 years. I have never had any issues. Staff is very attentive and responsive when needed. Always helpful and so respectful. I would very much recommend this place!!

I can't speak for other locations, but I have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with Kenzie, the Manager for the Frederick property. She lives on-site, and has always been quick and responsive to any of my inquiries and concerns. She sees to it that the facility is clean and well maintained, and I have the assurance that my property is kept safe and secure at all times.One other comment regarding the facility itself: I am in the fire protection business, and I have seen very few storage facilities that have any common sense or concern about protecting their facilities and customer's property from fire. The last facility where I rented in Dacono lost an entire building to a fire that could have been easily prevented with some basic, common sense policies, and basic fire prevention measures.Guardian Frederick has fire extinguishers hung throughout the facility, and I commend them for doing the right thing. Again, it blows my mind how few storage facilities do this, and the fact that Fire Marshal's allow them to get away with it!

I have been a customer of Guardian Storage for the past 3 years, and I have been very impressed with the level of service that I have received.The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my belongings are safe. I have never had any problems with my belongings being damaged or lost, and I feel confident that my stuff was in great hands.In addition to the security and convenience of the facility, I also appreciate the competitive pricing. I have compared prices with other storage facilities in the area, and Guardian Storage is consistently one of the most affordable options.If you are looking for a storage facility, I highly recommend Guardian Storage in Frederick. We used Guardian Storage in Frederick for almost a year and cannot recommend it enough. Kenzie was super helpful whenever we needed anything and the whole process was easy from moving in to moving out. Will definitely come back here if we need extra storage again in the future!

I was able to have movers bring a 27' truck as well as 7'wide by 16' long storage pods for a short-term load and go. When I was going through the stress of a move Kenzie was amazing, she was helpful, professional, and the ONLY thing that went right in the move! Sure, it's just a storage facility, but for the price I was paying for 2 units, she was the deciding factor in my decision to store here and she will be the reason why I will come back if I need to store my stuff in the future.

Customer service is absolutely phenomenal here. I locked my unit insecurely and they contacted me quickly to let me know to go fix it. I love that they care enough to do security checks. They are very kind and helpful too.

We have trusted Guardian Storage to store our home furnishings for over six years. We have been very happy with the top notch service and support we have received from the office and maintenance staff. The premises and units are clean, well lit and highly secure. We used their climate controlled units and our belongings are in perfect shape. I highly recommend Guardian Storage and give it five stars for excellent service.

My family recently relocated back to Colorado, last minute realizing previous storage plans had fallen through. I searched the area for other storage facilities and left many messages. I could never get a call back, finally I found guardian in Frederick and I’m so glad I did. Kenzie was extremely helpful and so kind. 1 hour before closing on a holiday weekend, she got us set up over email and phone calls with our storage units. I will definitely recommend this facility!

Visited Guardian storage to take a look at some units me and my mother were interested in. Was greeted by Kenzie who was so helpful over the phone and in person, she was able to take us directly to the unit where interested in and get us set up. Have used this storage unit in the past and never leave disappointed.
