Insurance forced me to bring my brand new car here after an accident (not my fault). It’s been over 6 months, the bill exploded from $4,900 to nearly $7,000, and the repair still falls apart. I went back many times but they only made excuses and sent me home. As a foreigner with limited English, I was disrespected, ignored, and taken advantage of.

Full story.
This is the most disgraceful “repair shop” I’ve ever dealt with. My car is brand new. I was hit in an accident (not my fault), and my insurance forced me to bring it here back in February. They didn’t let me choose another shop—and that was the biggest mistake. Now it’s the end of August, more than 6 months later, and this place still hasn’t fixed my car properly.
The original estimate for my front bumper was around $4,900. After months of excuses—“the part broke, we have to reorder” again and again—the cost ballooned to nearly $7,000. Thankfully, the other driver’s insurance paid, not me. But it’s outrageous how they wasted time and inflated the bill.
Even worse, when the repair came apart, I returned many times asking them to fix it. But every single time, they gave me excuses, did nothing, and sent me home. This happened again and again, wasting my time for months.
When they finally pretended to fix it, they swore it was just a 15-minute job and guaranteed it would never come off again. Less than 24 hours later, the same problem came back. They also promised to call me once they found the real issue—but of course, that call never came.
The photos prove how sloppy their work is: panels not reattached, covers left loose, hood slammed shut like I wouldn’t notice.
And here’s what hurts the most: I strongly believe they treated me this way because I’m a foreigner. My English is limited, and they clearly took advantage of that. I stayed patient, polite, and respectful, but instead of professionalism, I was met with discrimination, disrespect, and neglect.
This shop is careless, dishonest, and shameless. They wasted 6 months of my life, inflated the bill from $4,900 to almost $7,000 (paid by the other driver’s insurance), and gave me back a car in worse condition. If your insurance tries to send you here—REFUSE. Don’t let them trap you like they did to me.
👉 Unless they take responsibility and fix my car properly, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB and Colorado Consumer Protection.

This is probably the worst body repair shop in Colorado. 0 stars! I came here twice and both times were mistakes. The first time I came in for a claim because someone sideswiped me. They repaired the door and quarter panel and the pain looked flawless. But I had to wait a little over a month for them to do it. Fine I had a rental through insurance. I finally get my car back but they didn’t replace the driver handle that got scratched up and scraped. As it was loose to the touch, I try to come back and get it done but they never reached back out to me after the first time they said to bring it back in. So fast forward a little in the future and I came back because I had damaged the rear end in a separate accident. Out of ease of them being right down the road from me, I think okay I’ll just go back to kaizen and they can finally fix the door handle they promised to repair. Well they didn’t do that and the guy who did the estimate was rude and condescending the entire time and kept interrupting me and talking to me like I’m dumb. He seemed very polite at first then he just snapped. I can’t remember his name but from the second that happened I wondered if it was a good idea to bring my car in. NO IT WASNT!! They completely de-valued my car in the inspection they did, completely exaggerating the condition of my vehicle. It took them two weeks to even look at it and give me my car and they threatened to tow it if my insurance didn’t pay the parking lot fee when they kept it on their own property on their own terms. They refused to give me my car back until $50 was paid by either me or my insurance when the had my insurances information the whole time. They’re a very difficult place to deal with and I’m disappointed in myself for trusting them with my car.

This place is a mess. Never take your car here. Their turnover is off the charts. They have been through like 5 managers in the past year and lord knows how many techs. I took our car there and they claimed parts were backorder, but the parts were never ordered. The parts they replaced on my new car, were from a pull and pay place down in Denver, not OEM. I heard rumors this place does that, so I took the panels off that they replaced and there was the markings from Pick Your Part. It took months for them to replace a fender and a bumper, and every time I visited to see what was going on, they had different techs working there. It took an unskilled person like me a few hours to pull the fender and put it back on. So why did it take them MONTHS to fix my car? Don't bother calling them asking for updates either, they never return calls. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle some other place.

Communication was terrible, I had to call many times for an update. Nobody could ever give me answers. Call were returned a day later and more excuses given for further delays. I asked about a seperate dent on my vehicle and they said it had to be a cash deal off the books, otherwise the quote for simple repairers would have been nearly 2k for a pdr repair. Pretty shady if you ask me, I’ll never be back. Oh and when I got the estimate I asked how some things were so cheap and they said it’s their cost. It was a side window, estimate said 50 bucks I couldn’t get it done anywhere for less that 400…estimate should have been more realistic, seems like it was intentionally low so I had to take it to their shop for repairs. Insurance paid me for the estimate minus the deductible, And what do you know, all said and done the final bill was 1k more than the quote…bs shop and practices. If the estimate was realistic and accurate I could have had the work done elsewhere and not had to pay anything out of pocket. You’ve been warned. Otherwise, the bodywork and new paint looks fine, we’ll see how it holds up long term.

Took my car here for some damage after I was rear ended and I 100% regret it! The repairs were terrible and the paint was even worse. When I asked them to fix it they refused and then threatened to charge me a storage fee. This place is terrible avoid at all costs!!!

Horrible place to go! Took my dad’s car since he got rear ended and the insurance recommended that place. We then had agreed to the process which was only taking the bumper off and replacing it. After dropping it off a few days later they give us a call and say they can’t fix it because of damage that was there because of a previous crash which we had no clue about. We proceed to ask them what we can do. They say we have two options of paying out of pocket 6,000 to fix it or we can get a check from the damage the insurances owes, which is what we went for. When it came to pick it up we asked if we owed anything they clearly said no. And Jordan who attend us clearly said “it will just take 15 min to put the bumper back on”. After that we called the insurance and they told us that Jordan had sent the estimate which stated both of the damages, and also stated a fee that we owed them. I concerned asked why this fee was being charged if we asked about fees and they said no fees were going to be charged. Turns out they were charging $116 which they stated was 2 hours to remove and put the bumper back on, after they had told us 15 minutes to put the bumper back on. This shop is full of liars!!!!!

Got an estimate in late December. Said they would call me in early January, as it might be hard to get parts on my older car. Early January, I sent them an email with a link to one of the parts we needed and asked if they needed more help. No response. No call. No updates. No info. Late February, my partner gets tired of being ignored and calls to find out what's up. They schedule us for an appointment in early March. Call me less than 3 hours before my appointment and just say they can't get parts and I need to take it somewhere else. Why did they wait over 2 months to tell me that at the last minute? I can't even remember the last time I experienced such exasperatingly bad customer service. I know it's hard. I've been buying parts for that car for years. I could have helped. Now I want nothing to do with this place and will advise everyone I know to avoid it. I had MONTHS that I could have been pursuing other options to fix it if they weren't even going to TRY. It is only cosmetic. I can drive the car. But, it is important to me. I want to fix it and these people couldn't be bothered to put any effort into it. I would have forgiven that and moved on with no animosity if they had just COMMUNICATED that they didn't feel like doing it. I have over 20 years of experience in the auto industry. I have seen how it works when it is done right. This isn't it. Not even close.

This place was awful, was referred here as I had someone hit me. So their insurance said go here, that’s when it all started. I dropped it off unless I called I had no updates. And even then it was just we are working on it we will call you soon. Several weeks later I was told great your parts are here we will have this wrapped up. That was not the case. I called again and say please call me with updates. Zero communication. Finally I’m told hey it’s ready. Then that day oh sorry it’s not we are working on it still. The next pick up date I’m given called through as now they can’t find a lift to do my alignment. So I call and find a place and let them know. Once it’s all said and done I go to finally get my truck and I’m missing a very expensive NOCO jump pack I bring it up. Again I’m assured it will be taken care of. Then my tail gate don’t work I’m having little electrical issues. I take it back they say oh we did a before and after scare you are good. I find three electrical clips not connected just from a Quick Look. Then they say we want to make it right but you need to go to ford to have them diagnose it. Long story short I went to ford they helped unscrew the crap they didn’t put back together. Cost me money but I’d rather pay that then deal with them again. Still never heard back about getting my $500 jump pack replaced even after they claim they want to make it right and I send them the make and model twice. This place is a joke and I would not recommend it to anyone at all.
