Kaizen collision does NOT back its warranty , even when they admit they screwed a paint job up , State Farm appraisers even said they failed after looking at my vehicle , so rather than return my calls, after admitting they screwed it up, when they saw the vehicle , and the paint had failed, they ignore the attempts to get a appointment to get the work done correctly....I will be contacting State Farm again, and hopefully they will lose the Preferred Shop status they enjoy. Their ignorance and ignoring of my calls and the lack of responsibility will cost them a lot. They are in violation of agreements with State Farm.Service: Painting

This place is awesome. Everyone is so nice, and the master mechanic always kept me updated throughout the repairs. And the place has a home like presence. Just overall nice atmosphere and team here. Love this place.

Bad communication with our initial repairs and when we had to have a bad part replaced, the poor communication continued. It got done and it is fine, now but very frustrating.

Bad customer service, they lie about what will be covered by your insurance, don't return phone calls. Give wrong completion times, gives vechicle back dirty with hand prints everywhere.Hard pass on ever recommending them. Go anywhere but here.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I would give no stars if I could. Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service and work. Took 3 months to get my Jeep back and it is a disaster to say the least.

Mahnke used to be amazing. When I had repairs done in 2021 they were very thorough and had great customer service. My car was recently rear-ended and I tried to bring the car here based on the previous experience. VERY POOR DECISION.Unfortunately, this is no longer a good company. I tried calling repeatedly for a month to be told they were having internet issues. After getting to the first call, they confirmed they would schedule the car once they ordered the parts. I followed up again via email and was told that they would reach out when all the parts were in. Two months later when I followed up again to ask if the parts were in and could we schedule the car, I was told they couldn't schedule my car until two months out from July. Then she came back to the line again and was told "Oh no, we will need to schedule in December."I have wasted 3 - 4 months hoping that somewhere in this once very good company a person would be able to help return it to a better place. I have definitely been disappointed.This is not a good company to bring your car for repair. The ownership has slipped and the staff is very incompetent. I thought as a repeat customer you might be considered good business and want to keep their business. The front office staff truly does not know how to handle people or schedule business.

Fantastic service! Brought my car here for some minor damage & I was able to get my car back sooner than expected! They do a wonderful job keeping you updated on the status & I loved the fact I was able to get my rental car here & drop it off when I was done. Would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with these people, from start to finish, the girls at the front desk, the estimators and completion. They went above and beyond. Completely understand that y'all don't work with every major insurance company. However, refusing to do cash work estimates if a customer is unsure if they want to pay out of pocket, or file an insurance claim, only damages your credibility as a body shop and limits your customer base.

We had one of the worst experience in this shop. The person (Laura) who takes the photographs and tells you how to file the claim etc. assures you that everything will be fixed and we will get the car within a week.When the car is finally delivered to us (after 2 and half weeks) -- most of what was agreed upon was not fixed.That is when they hide behind technical jargons/paper-work and say that this is all the customer's fault ..The owner seemed to be a reasonable person. I hope that someone who understands auto-repair interacts with the customer and give them realistic expectationsAnd not a front-desk employee, who escapes by denying everything that they saidThese guys used to be fantastic, when it was Mahnke. Seems like the ownership changed and everything is going south here.At this point, I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

Do not take your vehicle here. ALL the good reviews are from when this body shop was Mahnke. They were responsive and professional and cared about customers. The inside was a lively happy place. It's now dead and sad just like their service. AVOID AT ALL COST. They have been dodging phone calls from my insurance company and can't answer simple questions without having to make 15 phone calls.

2.5 stars. I am satisfied with the repairs and workmanship. Scheduling and communication were poor. My car was there more than 5 weeks before they contacted me. After two weeks I figured they would never call or text, and began calling every 1-2 days to check status of repair. I was told several times I would receive a call back, and did not. I was given 4 completion dates that were not met, which caused me extra personal expense and inconvenience when my car was not ready as promised. I just got one excuse after another. Finally, in the last week, the General Manager got involved and the repair was completed quickly from that point. I also received calls from him to inform me of status, which I appreciated a lot. Apparently there was some turnover of key employees at the time, and hope my experience is not generally how Mahnke does business. They are a "Kaizen" company, but there was not much evidence of kaizen principles being applied.Services: Body & Trim

Absolute BEST service I have ever had when it comes to auto body work. Especially during COVID with all of the backordered parts and lack of labor.
