I highly recommend Mobility Plus located in Frederick. I called about a key, I was having some problems finding a key that fit my scooter. I talked with Misty, she suggested that if I could bring my scooter to her she had miscellaneous keys. Well, we came to the conclusion to replace dash and get new keys. Misty spent alot of her time to help me! Thank you, Misty for your awesome customer service!!!

My wife went to Mobility Plus to buy a heavy duty lift chair for her veteran disabled father. The salespeople there talked her into a different chair than the one she had originally wanted, telling her it would be more durable. She excitedly ordered and arranged delivery not knowing that the chair and supplier company has a 1 or 2 star rating everywhere. The chair started to break THE NEXT DAY. We contacted Mobility immediately who told us it was in our head. After several more days the chair began to break more and a guy from mobility finally came out to look at it. He was perplexed and left without fixing it - promising to get a service request into Pride (the manufacturer). After a few more days, they let us know that it's somehow our fault that the chair is broken (supposed to have a 600lb capacity and the largest person in our family is 400lbs). It was not abused, it was simply sat in and operated as designed. We are now stuck with an almost $3,000 chair that's broken and my wife's dad can't get the independence he needed from a lift chair and can't afford another after getting ripped off by this outfit.Mobility Plus seems to be perfectly ok with ripping off elderly disabled veterans so I don't think you'd want to spend your money there.

Good selection and hands down, the best customer service ever. Pricing was fair, but it was Misty who compelled us to seal the deal with Mobility Plus. From the moment we walked in the door, she was welcoming, attentive, and kind. You could tell it was sincere, not just what she did to make a sale. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and we learned great deal talking with her. She listened carefully to us and she asked good questions. She did not pressure, nor rush us. She made sure the recliner was the right fit. I never thought anyone could make preparing for a major surgery fun - but Misty did. She made us laugh, while helping us figure out what would work best for us. We left Mobility Plus feeling fortunate we found them.

Excellent customer service and truly knowledgeable. Based on my accident, they also delivered a wheelchair knowing I would need one even before I did. It’s like borrowing equipment from your neighbor.

Stay away from this company. He started out great… Sold u a scooter and a lift for my car. Gave him 25.00 cash to get an extra key since it only came with one key and never got it. Sent a different scooter for repairs that never worked and had him test it … told him to make sure whatever was wrong with it would fix the problem that I didn’t want to fix one item just to find out oops..: now something else needs to be fixed. At same time ordered a new lift for my rv he told me it would arrive in plenty of time for my trip. It did not so I had to miss the family vacation. And u guessed it … the scooter i put in for repairs still does not work because he didn’t test the battery! So now I lay out a ton of money for a new battery or trash the darn scooter. We r looking elsewhere to buy two chair lifts for our home.

Just got home with my new mobile scooter and lift. I'm excited about it. I visited this shop about two weeks ago where Darrin demonstrated many scooters . I took several for a test drive before deciding on a Pride ZT 10. The lift took about two weeks to come in. I took my car to Mobility Plus today and a couple of hours later, Darrin and Jacob had the lift installed. So now I have my scooter and lift. I can't say enough how professional and friendly they are. I'm looking forward to once again getting to the great outdoors!

I cannot say enough great things about this company and do it justice! My husband suffered a stroke and needed numerous items to aid in his recovery. Every single thing that I asked for was provided in a timely manner (as soon as was possible). Darrin was extremely helpful walking me through all available items, many of which I did not know even existed! He remained in constant contact with me throughout the entire procedure. We even purchased a custom stairlift and Darrin was present throughout the installation process and for any problems we had afterwards. (The problems had nothing to do with the installation!) He is still stepping up to meet all our needs for anything that comes up. I honestly do not know how I would have maneuvered my way through this without him. Darrin is an individual of high integrity and honesty that will go the extra mile to ensure that you have what you need.

Mobility Plus was great. My scooter had an old battery that went out. They helped me get running. Now I can go out with my family when they go for walks again.
