Our experience was hands down the best vacation! Kayelene had a well organized itinerary that allowed our very large group to relax and not have to worry about a thing! Kayelene encouraged my wife and I to go on the Icon of the Seas and WOW! What a ship. She set us up with a suite and a concierge and everything is perfect. We’ve booked with her before and have had nothing but great service. She plans amazing vacations. ?? ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

I would recommend Kayelene to handle anyone! We have been booking with her for 25 years. We have made many memories from different places that we never would have considered going. She goes the extra mile every time - even had a Happy Birthday message on our most recent cruise! It's all the extra touches that makes a huge difference. I don't have anyone to help me if i book on my own online & run into problems, but Kayelene is always willing to help with anything that comes up. We never have any problems though because she is always prepared!

We have used Kayelene with Need Travel Now to book our last 2 Royal Caribbean Cruises. Kayelene always takes care of all the details & helps with the things that you don’t want to deal with - including being on a call with Royal for over an hour to get our reservation details ironed out. She was also able to get us a refund on a last minute cancellation that we thought would be impossible to get. Kayelene is very knowledgeable from all her travels & is always willing to share her opinions & recommendations. She never leaves a stone unturned & makes sure you are able to relax & have the best time possible! We are already planning another cruise through her even though we just got back!
