“place is easy to find, you must weigh in @ their site and bring papers 2 shipping/receiving, next they will give you a sheet 4 U 2 sign with instructions of how to behave @ their facility, after you sign it return to S&R office & hand the paper back next slide your tandems all the way to the back but don't open the doors, the unloader will guide you to the dock, it is a little intimidating to back into due to the steep & narrow ramp so you must be 100% alert when backing cuz there is no room 4 error, B alert & stop when the unloader tells you 2, he will open the doors for you & you will need to back a little more, next U need to disconnect your truck from your trailer & pull foward, enjoy the show & reconnect when instructed. You can sweep your trailer on a certain area ahead & adjust your tandems to your likes, return to the weight scale so they can weigh you empty and give you the signed bol & that's it! you free to go!”

Listened to our reservations about specific colors. Offered so much guidance! The boys and whatnot that the companies supply for you to pick from.... Don't use them. Mary has likely now added a decent amount of options during our mission to find another option. Not a single ounce of hesitation on Mary's part and she was busy. Typical Sunday busy with all kinds of customers. However Mary pretty much took care of our crazy struggle to select a freaking stain. Such a headache but she totally made this survivable! I watched her navigate a return for a very nasty, entitled individual who was making obnoxious demands at the customer service in a rude demeanor. He was speaking loudly and throwing credit cards at her aggressively while demanding an item be returned outside of his return window.
