Easy, good, and fast service is what I have come to expect bringing my car here. My rep Noe is incredibly communicative and always goes the extra mile to make sure my car gets the attention it needs. I have a busy life so coordinating my car repairs can be challenging. I’ve been to many dealerships and this is rare to get this kind of service. I highly recommend trusting Stevinson Lexus as a place to bring your car and if you decide to go ask for Noe he will take care of you!!

Not sure how people that work at these dealerships can straight up lie to your face and then sleep peacefully at night. Anything for a sale!
I directly, clearly and very specifically asked 2 different people multiple times (I almost want to call them out here) whether the LexusCare service package would be honored only at their dealership or if I could go somewhere closer to home. Both clearly said I could go to any Lexus OR Toyota dealership. Total BS. I am due for my first scheduled maintenance and no one will take this LexusCare package outside of the selling dealership. I would not have bought my car if I had known they were unethical liars or that I would have to drive for hours to get it serviced. I expected more from a high end dealer but it is clear they are no better than the rest.
Don't trust this dealer. There was some sketchy math done at the time of the sale too. That should have been enough to send me running out the door. Don't make the same mistake I did!

I went Stevinson Lexus because the light was on indicating low tire pressure on my 2024 Lexus Rx350h. I thought it was also a good time to get my 15,000 check-up, although I wan't quite at 13,000 miles. I was taken right away, given a timeframe when I could expect to be done and told to watch my phone for updates and videos of my car as it was being checked out. As I waited, It was fun to see the reports coming through my phone showing that everything was checking out fine. Then, I got the message that a nail was found in my tire and because of its location the tire would need to be replaced, not repaired. It was wonderful to know the tire was in stock and after an additional 30 minutes I was on my way! Thank you, Ron Jacobs, for great service.

I have no experience with their sales team, but the service center is great. From oil changes to brakes they are fairly priced for a dealer.

Five stars for Sunny Davis and Stevinson Lexus of Frederick.
Sunny was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. She kept the numbers clear, handled my out-of-state titling questions without any stress, and there was zero pressure—just straightforward guidance. I’d absolutely recommend Sunny and this dealership to anyone.

First new car this past weekend. What a great experience! Sunny was fabulous and explained everything, even the hiccups, with clarity and ease. I recommend her for any buyer, I felt heard and was very satisfied. She kept me constantly updated when I had to order my car, help me set up a few of my preferences, walked me through the app and reached out after to make sure any questions would be answered (I didn’t have any). Before finding Sunny Davis, I had called another dealership not realizing there was a wait to test drive the latest model of the car I wanted. The person I spoke with actually laughed at me, which immediately made me look elsewhere. I then called the Frederick dealership and was connected with Sunny Davis, and I'm so glad I did. From the very first conversation, she made me feel understood and valued. She took the time to explain the process clearly and certainly did not laugh in my face!
