It’s a shame because your experience depends on who you get behind the counter and what mood they are in. The gentleman that works there is nice and sometimes the lady who I assume is the manager is pleasant. The newer lady with dark hair is exceptionally rude and grumpy.I was speaking to the manager about scheduling a time for spring break for my daughter’s passport appointment. The clerk that helped me (who had to be told to do so) was so busy being rude and irritated that I was there, she wasn’t truly listening to the conversation. When I asked if it was possible to change the date to coincide with the dates mentioned in my conversation with the manager; she raised her eyes, tutted, sighed and shouted to the manager to help me. I felt so uncomfortable, I did not want their help after that. Also, bearing in mind they had already both been snippy with me twice but were very personable with the man who was at the counter next to me, I just wanted to leave. When I have experiences like this, I try to find reasons why. I don’t believe these people have any real customer service training, which is sad, or perhaps they just don’t like younger women. Looking at a previous review, I would hope my race wouldn’t be an issue…so I’ll assume it was a bad day and lack of customer service skills but still very, very unprofessional. If you don’t like people, have a good attitude or have the ability/tolerance to help people - perhaps don't work in a role where you have be versed in customer service.

Totally disappointed. The lady that helped me was very mean and you could tell she was very racist and rushed the interaction thought maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the envelope but thats not my problem and she shouldn't be working at a post office. Didn't follow her procedure correctly wich caused me to postpone my trip I will be speaking to my lawyer about this interaction something needs to be done its 2023 going to 2024 and this stuff is sad and old racism is not okay!! Shame on you!

I've only had one experience with this office but it is one that will keep me coming back. Debbie helped me out this past week. She saw a defeated tired mom who got her dates mixed up for an appointment. She took my anyway even though I was a week too early. I am so appreciative of her kindness. She definitely didn't have to help us but she did. Thank you Debbie. Post offices get a bad rap (my local office in erie included). I'll be traveling to this office for all my postal needs now!

Nice group of management and staff. Seem to do the best they can in a growing community with a small post office. Effort matters and they are pleasant and do their best for us.

Just moved to Firestone this week and went in here to get a PO Box opened up and the lady at the counter was SO NICE! She informed me that we could get a free PO Box at the Firestone post office instead of paying $156 with her—because of our zip code. She told me to come back and see her if I needed any help or had any problems. I wish I knew her name! Everyone has been so lovely since moving here, great town, great people!

We just renewed a passport here. The postal worker, Debbie was wonderful! She was helpful, pleasant and kind. We would recommend this location for passport needs (make an appointment online).

Worst customer service. Yes, the older lady. I will continue to do anything I can in order to bybass any service by that rude and lazy attitude. Even if this means going to the Longmont PO.

Never had to have an appointment for my passport before. First thing she said was well you have to have an appointment do you have one. Stated she wasn’t going to argue when I simply asked why. Rude she wasn’t helping anybody didn’t greet me up to wher she was, asked when I wanted to come back instead of offering times as she could assume getting a passport is urgent. Terrible customer service! If you’re not helping a customer it shouldn’t matter if I have an appointment or not. Oh and I already had my photos and application filled out. Collecting a paycheck if you ask me. It was the curly brown haired woman I never even got close enough to learn her name.

I've used this post office branch a number of times, for mailing packages, purchasing stamps, and most recently, for an application for a passport. Each time the service has been efficient (even during the busy times) and extremely personable. The lady behind the counter always checks out the most cost-effective and efficient method for postage of parcels, which is appreciated. And obviously, if there is a line of customers, you overhear the service that other people receive and it is always friendly and efficient. Absolutely no issues with continuing using this branch for services. Thank you!

I’ve always had a nice experience here. The people are friendly and it’s not usually busy which is awesome. It’s much smaller than the Longmont location but because of that, it’s usually pretty quick because less people!

Probably the worst post office I've ever been too, they seem very disorganized and make things much more difficult than other locations. If an older white haired woman is there, try to avoid her, she is very rude and unpleasant, the other employees are friendly enough though
