Big name chain "O" down the street started grooming me to sell me a tire before he even examined the screw which was in an easily reparable position on the tread. Matt put some soap on the screw, not leaking, then pulled it out. Quarter inch long screw didn't even penetrate tread. THANK YOU MATT!”

“I needed to replace a set of wheels back in February. I've been in contact with José on the phone for a while before we met. Because I understand what it's like working for a small business, and because he has great communication skills, it wasn't a problem at all for me to reschedule our first meeting.
In fact, it was worth it when he arrived to further assess the wheels. Like on the phone, he explained that wheels can be replaced individually and not in a pair or full set. When further inspecting the worst damaged wheel, he assured me it was the wheel and nothing else that got damaged. While the wheel I wanted an exact replacement for cost more than I realized (I'm new to the wheel market) he offered multiple wheel and tire options/packages equivalent to the cost of said exact wheel. Also, he provided interest free financing options that were budget friendly.
Jésus, one of José's workers, did an excellent job of the wheel pair and tire set replacement under admittedly, adverse conditions. Because I forgot to mention a couple of issues with my car that may have made work difficult, I apologize to Jésus. I can tell by the quality of his work that he left undeterred.
I also apologize to José, as it took me over a month to write my review. Because the service provided was very professional, I'm glad I finally found time today to write a positive review for Elite Customz LLC. Whether they're new to or well versed with the wheel market, I highly recommend this shop to future customers. Thank You José, Jésus, and everyone at the shop!”

We were limping around from store to store, and no one at the other corporate/franchise places gave a rip about helping us quickly. I told my dad we needed to find and old school shop where the dudes could just rip the tire off real quick and fix it. This Discount Tire and Service shop did just that! Lightning fast. Tyler had it up on the jack, tire off, dunked in the tank, patched, and back on in less than 8 minutes! Michael, was also friendly and good people.
