For example, in the emergency room, staff including PAs and their students were praised for being kind, patient, and clear in their explanations, making stressful situations easier to handle. Surgical patients appreciated the thoroughness and caring manner of surgeons and nurses, with some highlighting the excellent bedside manner and the high quality of care received during surgeries and post-operative recovery.
