Copy Copy Frisco Colorado on Summit Blvd Terrible experience, Jane who I think is the name of the manager needs some serious help on how to give good customer service and also needs an update on Colorado finger printing laws. She’s clueless and the younger women with green hair is rude and unhelpful, clearly she hates her job. I showed up 15 minutes early so I wouldn’t be late driving 35 minutes away over the pass. I walked to counter just to let them know I was here and they sounded annoyed and told me I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and to go wait. No problem I happily waited. I was called to the counter at 1:00 and as they proceeded Jane told me my temporary paper copy of my license ( waiting to receive original in mail ) was not accepted for finger printing.Who I think is called Jane said DMV has no clue what they’re talking about. I was told per DMV it was accepted . But okay so I left and I called the Colorado state finger printing department and they told me yes the paper copy is absolutely acceptable and used all the time at other locations. So I asked is this location just rude and difficult and without fully saying they pretty much agreed that was the problem, not my form of ID. So they rescheduled me in Avon Co where they are much nicer more knowledgeable.

My first order wasn't correct and I had a coupon code they sent for my next purchase that I couldn't find in my email and they wouldn't honor it as a returning customer. Unfriendly manager.

If you have a Frisco STR license, I recommend coming here to have it printed and laminated. The staff are always friendly even while they're doing 20 things at once. Don't forget to tip, they deserve it!

ok, so I don't go to copy places too often, but today I did. I must say that today I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED by the young lady behind the counter. the copies were fine and good quality but what I really noticed was her shining example of politeness, patience, and overall sunny disposition, she was a breath of fresh air in our county where many are negative and it even affects me and my attitude when I'm driving here, but when I left copy copy I was feeling happier than usual because of her attitude. I probably sound corny and I'm 47 years old but I haven't met a young person like that in a while and it was nice, I hope they take care of her because someone like that is a gem to have as an employee, my hats off to you young lady!

Love supporting local businesses, but unfortunately I came in to get my passport photo taken and now I have received a response that the photo I submitted cannot be used because the photo "appears either underexposedor overexposed and your facial features cannot be clearly identified."UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and issued a refund for the photo. I appreciate them working to try and make the situation right.

There are a lot of print shops out there today but none of them have the professionalism and the quality of service that Copy Copy has. Owner's Dave and Rachel are top notch and we'll take care of all customers that come through their doors. If you have any type of printing needs please go see them. I recommend them 100%
