Loved the shop, had a great selection of bards that I could demo for a decent price. If you decide to get the board you demo the same day, they can credit the demo fee towards the price too. Super awesome people and shop.

Well the owner responded to my sub standard review. Wow. Just wow. Excuses on top of excuses. " Not normal circumstances" " late because Dr appt ran over", Employee has "daily breakdowns", because of (insert whatever reason here). As an owner I am dumbfounded that you would put out so much of your employees personal issues to begin with. None the less, they are personal issues and if an employee cannot separate their personal life from their professional one maybe it's time to hire someone that can. Also did you know that apparently your employees are in the business of tracking down people that write these reviews and confronting them, face to face. It happened this morning. She approached me as she came out of the restroom and asked " Do you have someone named Bobby Duffer that works for you?" I pointed at my name tag and said " Yep, that's me." Her reply was " I think someone has hacked your Google Account." My reply was "Nope, I posted that review." Her reply was " Wow that's some beef". This should go without saying but apparently it needs to be said; very unprofessional. This has a very simple solution. Look at your own house and clean up the mess. To confirm: No one has hacked my account.

Pathetic little place, replete with passive-aggressive staff (who don't answer phone calls...ever), exorbitant prices, and tourist-targeted cheap merch. Go to one of the smaller, locally-owned places in Copper Village if you're looking for a better customer experience.REVISED (3/9/23): No, you don't answer your phones...And yes, I tried off-and-on for 3+ hours during our last visit to Copper. Your tone-deaf, snarky responses to multiple reviews pretty much underscore everything I mentioned above (and, in fact, more).

I’ve made 2 purchases with Gravitee online and they are on it. I’m impressed with their responsiveness and efficiency in responding to online orders and shipping. I’m in Vegas and will definitely continue to use these guys!

The literal best snowboard shop in the country. Local owned and operated, local supported. Steve offers a program where you can demo any of the boards in their extensive fleet, then apply the cost of the demo towards the purchase of your new board. What more could you possibly ask for.-Knowledgable, kind and patient staff.-Fantastic selection.-Exemplary service.Been a customer for 10 years and will continue to be til the day I have to hang up my boots. Gravitee rocks!!!

TLDR: Amazing Customer serviceMy wife's heaters on her boot broke, in Febuary, just a plastic clip. I arrived to the store after they locked the door. They let me in anyway. I explained my situation, that we just needed a Magiver fix to get us through the week. They fixed my wife's boot in 60 seconds and saved our vacation. They didn't even charge us.PS. We have had 5 star service there before. Would absolutely recommend.

My friend and I showed up to Copper Mountain on Saturday morning (2-5-22) with a problem with his board before a day of riding. We needed services from a repair shop to help us get a stripped screw out of his old bindings so we could put some new bindings on that he had bought. (He did not buy these new bindings from any shop on the mountain)We initially took the problem to the repair shop that Copper has to see if they could / would do anything to help us, they tried very little and gave up on it within seconds after just seeing that screw driver would not work.(Like cmon you're a "repair" shop) Anyways, we ended up leaving there and visiting Gravitee down the walkway a bit where we met Steve (the owner of Gravitee)Steve, was a very nice relaxed guy. We showed him the issue and although he looked at it and seemed to realize it might be a tough situation he tried to find multiple solutions to it until finally one of them worked. We asked Steve how much he wanted for his services he denied us the ability to pay him and he saved an entire day of snowboarding for us.Steve went out of his way, knowing he was not going to make any money from us to help us with a situation and he saved what could have been a disastrous day and made it a great memorable one.Later that day my friend and i stopped back into Steve's Shop Gravitee and bought a few things from him.His shop is great has plenty of awesome things, and he is a great dude who knows his stuff, and has a wonderful attitude willing to help anyone out who is in need.DO NOT go to Copper Mountain Repair shops with your problems go to Steve he will take care of you.THANKS for saving our day and making it great STEVE.

Incredible friendly staff, understand all of their equipment and are able to make excellent recommendations without pressure. They were also able to fix the gear that other shops told me they couldn't.
