Leah has gone out of her way to help me through the process of purchasing my beautiful home. She works extremely hard at getting things done. She is kind and thoughtful and we got along extremely well. I would highly recommend Leah as your realtor. She is also extremely honest and caring. We were purchasing long distance. If there was something wrong with a house she would tell me this is not the house for you. We found the perfect house. I could not be happier!!!

Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Leah Baxter on three separate real estate transactions—purchasing two condos and selling one. Each experience has been exceptional, but the most recent sale truly highlighted Leah’s professionalism and dedication.
Due to age and living three hours away from the property, I entrusted Leah with preparing the condo for market. She coordinated everything—from renovations to staging—using local contractors who were both affordable and reliable. Leah was amazing! Leah from the initial contact expressed the process clearly, took control of what needed to be accomplished to update the property so that the seller, living in another State, felt confident that this professional would handle anything that happened and in the end presented the seller with the perfect contract offer.

Leah went above and beyond to find our family a suitable property in Summit County. She met with my wife and I about a year ago and spent the entire day with us. Leah gave us a very informative tour of the area and showed us some perspective properties. She spent the next year reviewing properties for us and sending recommendations. Leah help meet the needs and wants of our entire family (me and my 2 brothers). She stayed dedicated to this process until we found the perfect property. Once we made our decision, Leah was very diligent in executing the transaction. She is now helping us to make some renovations to the property.
