If you want to be repeatedly surprised with <2Mbps service, total outages, or a rollercoaster of speeds by the minute, this is the ISP for you!!! Your renters and owners will greatly appreciate an alternative service provider.

To be clear up front, I've always had good experiences with technical support (and I talk to them OFTEN).But the quality & reliability of this internet is very poor.There are significant outages (hours or more) once a month or so. There are also frequent small outages (minutes) at least weekly.In the evenings (when a lot of people are home streaming), download speeds often dip down < 10Mbps (when 1000 - 2000 Mbps is available with the big providers these days).In most neighborhoods around here, RI is the only option. I’m not sure if the bigger providers just don’t see the $$ here, or if local regulations are protecting RI’s local monopoly. Either way, it’s often very frustrating.

Would give zero stars if I could. This is day 5 with no internet or TV. Storm just came through, so I can understand some delay. But everyone else around us is up and running with the only response from ResortInternet being “we have a priority ticket in”. Had issues with them for months. Stay away if you can. We are forced to use through our HOA. Looking at self funded ways to get tv and internet. Completely ridiculous.

Worst company structure and customer service i have ever delt with. Been waiting 9 days for my cable to work. All they do is pass you back and forth between tier 1 and tier 2. Nothing gets done. Still dont have cable. Horrible horrible customer service.

THE WORST internet company on planet earth. 3 days no internet service, countless calls to Tier 1 support, who can do NOTHING but ask your name and telephone number and Tier 2 expects you to wait at the property 24/7 until they get around to calling you, when you're most likely doing something strange like, living your life. Want to join the others having these issues? Want to lose more faith in humanity? Then this life sucking company might be for you.

It's been 6 days now that I have been without the internet I'm paying for,they say the issue us resolved but nothing is fixed,bad service and horrible reliability.

This company is by far the worst, it’s complete garbage. Ever since Eaglebend Apartments switched over to Resort Internet I have had close to no internet at all. I’m sick and tired of this fake company that provides what seems like fake internet. I won’t have internet for up to a week because their “technicians” can’t do anything about anything. Yet hundreds of tenants including myself pay this company for internet which is included in with the rent and make them thousands of dollars a month just from out apartment complex. They have bad customer service as well.

TV service is down (again). Called in, pushed the option to have them call me back. They called back, their first question? What is your phone number in case we get disconnected. 3 minutes after calling in, the guy finally asked me what my problem was. After I told him he had me reboot the receiver(already tried that) and then click through the 'input' choices on my TV. Then he said he'd have to escalate to Tier 2. I asked if anyone else in my area had complained, he said no (I know at least 2 other folks who did).Called back today, since no one reached out. Had them call me back and AGAIN they asked me what my phone number was (they called me). Asked what the status was, and the response was that Tier 2 had not updated the ticket. I asked if I could talk to tier 2, employee said no but (you can't make this up) that she could send them an email.I am guessing we won't have TV until next week.

Terrible company and horrible customer service. A tech came out 4 days to “install” an Ethernet jack when one was already installed in the unit and I was charged $150. The tech was not informative and very short. When he left he said everything was good to go and I still don’t have an internet connection. Customer service and tech support have been no help. Best they can do is “try” to get another tech out to my unit. The way this company operates in atrocious. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

constant outages, poor support, no follow up to fix no tv signal and no other options for internet. The service has declined significantly since the service was taken over by copper mountain metro district. our HOA has no other choices for service.

Element 29 at Copper Mountain/Resortinternet provided a great in-room experience and I was able to cast all major streaming apps to the resort TV..Great internet speeds and connectivity during my stay there.

Internet has been down for two days. That makes sense though, since they hired a CPA as their VP of Operations. I guess knowing how to budget and do taxes doesn't have anything to do with making sure my internet works.

Worst internet service I have ever had in my entire life clearly my apartment manager did not read any of these reviews before setting this up if you get a light sprinkle your internet goes out if you have Sunshine your internet goes out this company clearly doesn't know what they're doing how can they even stay in business
