Fair and honest policies and pricing structure, prompt service when I have had to call, etc. Well maintained storage complex and the gate was always open when I expected it would be. I once downsized from a 10x20 to a 10x10 and was bumped to the front of the line because I was a current customer, thought that was pretty cool. Seamless move-out process.
