Jocelyn is amazing. She represented us as buyers for over a year of searching, showings, offers and inspections. Every weird thing that could happen, happened. She handled every curveball quickly, professionally and personably. She has continued to be an advocate for us and offer her assistance as we deal with inspector/seller disclosure issues that are way beyond any contractual obligation she had to our deal. Besides all that, she's fun and funny and downright pleasant to be around. We cannot recommend her enough. 10 stars!

I recently worked with Jocelyn for my land purchase in Fairplay. She was very knowledgeable about the area and extremely attentive and informative. Jocelyn was always available to take my calls, answer my emails, and schedule time to visit lots that I was interested in. I've worked with a lot of realtors and felt that the Skinner team took service to another level on both the buying and selling end. Jocelyn showed impressive patience with us over a six month period and went the extra many miles so that we didn't end up settling for a second choice. We were trying to use a 1031 exchange which makes timing for both transactions critical and Jocelyn was really good about not pressuring but kept working in the background and our exchange was successful.
On the selling end, the team did a very professional job of staging and highlighting features and photos. The listing activity reports were top shelf and even appeared to be AI generated. Thank you for your service. We highly recommend Jocelyn and the entire Skinner team.

The Skinner Team was absolutely fantastic to work with as we underwent the search for our mountain escape. Anne was extremely attentive and made herself available for many, many tours of different spots around Summit County. She would often schedule 4-5 places for us to visit in one afternoon to help make the most of our time. She has incredible knowledge of the area, including specific details about local developers, different subdivisions and even recommended a local lender who is familiar with condos/HOAs. She took us by properties that we may not have originally considered to help us feel comfortable about our final selection – this process was enormously helpful. When it came time to put our offer in, her recommendation on how to approach was spot on and we ended up incredibly happy with where we ended up after a couple rounds of counters, to the point where the appraisal was spot on with our accepted offer. During escrow, Anne's team did check-ins with us multiple times per week to make sure everything was in order and on target to close on time, which we did. We would highly recommend Anne and her wonderful team and will absolutely turn to them when it's time to sell or buy again in Summit County.
