I had a very disappointing experience with Juan. He barely engaged with me throughout the interaction. The only question he asked was whether I wanted tracking, and I clearly said yes, and that I wanted it sent certified. At the end of the transaction, when I was simply confirming that it would indeed be certified, he launched into a defensive explanation that placed blame on me rather than providing clarity.
When I asked for more information and direction and the same level of detail that other employees normally provide, he was dismissive and unhelpful. His lack of professionalism, refusal to answer basic questions, and failure to send my package in the manner requested, reflect a failure to provide even the most basic standard of service.

Have tried to send a small priority box two times now. Just tried, but the women working AGAIN said they couldn't take a $20 bill! They didnt have change! For a $20!!!!! This is the government! This is unacceptable!

I've wasted countless hours (and dollars) trying to ensure my mail doesn't get returned to sender. So much that I need to reprice the cost of doing business in this county. I've done everything they told me to do to ensure my packages would be delivered, yet they keep returning them to the sender. There is no end to this madness.
Edit: The treatment I've gotten feom this post office makes me think that Trump is onto something. Are mountain home owners' federal tax dollars worthless? Why dont we get equal treatment? I lived in a city for 29 years and never had a problem with federally backed services. Maybe we do need to rely on private businesses that will be held accountable when they dont deliver the services their customers pay for.

Absolutely unprofessional service, my packages are returning back even when my address is correct.

This in my opinion, the best post office in summit county. The people that work here do try hard to make sure everyone has good service and they are nice.

I have always found the staff friendly, helpful, and efficient. I think they are understaffed at times but don’t feel that is their fault, and they do the best they can.

While the Frisco post office is deplorably short staffed it is still the best PO in Summit County and that is completely due to Carol who has an amazing ability to remain calm, personable and professional even when there are 5, 10, 15 or more people in line and she is the only one working the counter. She also greats me (and everyone as far as I can tell) with a warm smile and works efficiently to find packages, send packages, etc. Without her going to the PO in Frisco would be an entirely different experience.

Went there during the height of the holidays, line out the door. One person working the front counter, Carol. She was patient and kind and efficient with everyone. Thank you Carol for your amazing service!!!

Closed for lunch 12-1?! Maybe put that information on Google maps! Is there only one person working? Y'all can't stagger your lunch breaks? This system is broke, we need a new one.

Over the last 3 years (lived here 8), the Frisco location has been great. Staff and service has been consistently fast and friendly.
