I was terrified and very skeptical with auto related businesses in Summit County, until today. This business offers an easy and reliable appointment process, a wide variety of services and tires. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. This business gained a new customer today. I highly recommend.

An update to my last two reviews.....Just like my last two reviews, Utopia's service was great. The work was completed more quickly than I had expected and the staff out front (Trisha and, maybe Jennifer?) was really helpful and professional. I will definitely go back. They continue to be a pleasure to do business with and are competitively priced. They are a welcome alternative to the other shop across the street!

check your cars after changing wheels Last week I changed wheels at this service and they damaged my brand new truck and refuse to admit their fault. I have been their customer for over five years but I have never contacted this company again.

Utopia has always taken care of me . Derek is an expert and always has the customer in mind he's given me great advice and has helped me out of a jam more than once. Kirsten and Trish at the front are always super helpful. Ray has cultivated a wonderful environment and always speak from the perspective of the customers best interest. Thanks again y'all.

Tim & Jennifer were so helpful to get us the right tires for what we needed in the winter months. Tim really worked with us to find the most effective option. That is very rare that a business advised the most cost effective solution rather that optimize their sales/ profits. I would 100% definitely recommend Utopia for any tire service that you may need. All the staff were very nice and helpful as well.

Could not recommend this shop and all its workers more! While those big name shops are trying to squeeze you for every last cent; these guys get the job done , take the time to explain every little detail AND do it for a reasonable price! All while genuinely being happy to be there and help their customers out! These guys absolutely rock! I’ve taken my business to them for the last few years and will continue doing so! Don’t know why I even waste my time on the big name tire stores! Best tire shop in town!

Kierstie and Trish were the best- we had a flat tire and they were so quick to accommodate us and have us back on our trip. we had already gone to another shop and they deemed our tire irreparable but the team at Utopia has us fixed up in no time. Can't thank them enough.

Never again! They charged me $113 to mount and balance 2 tires. They didn't even have to jack up a car. I brought in the wheels and tires. They now charge xtra if you bring your own tires. WHY? It's the same job, is it not? I've been a customer for many years and have gone to the location in Fairplay after Chip sold. However, this was my last visit for sure.
Firestone in Evergreen: $108 for 4 tires mount and balanced out the door. 1/2 the price? You betcha I'll take that drive! And the tax also less in Evergreen than in Summit.

Stopped in to get an emergency tire repair at 1100 on a Monday morning, was told to come back Wednesday. Not very helpful.
