They have force closed the acxount due to mail delivery issues and refuse to return the funds in the account by any other means than standard USPS mail. They will not issue a check in branch, nor will they send it via certified mail, UPS or FedEx. They have essentially stolen the funds in the account given the unreliability of the USPS in this area.

Was charged $15 for incoming wire. Went in branch to pick up cash and asked for fee to be waived. While courteous, they said an account minimum of $250k was needed to waive fees. This ridiculousness is why I primarily bank at Schwab where fees are always waived and atm charges regardless of location are credited back monthly. Only use wells fargo when i need lump sum of cash

Female manager does not know what she is talking about. I called for a notary and they said come in. When my husband went in the woman said she needed all the documents in the packet, not just the one my husband was signing. This is not true- all the other docs had already been processed and my employer just needed the one document notarized. Horrible customer service for customers since 1998. She just plain doesn’t know what she is talking about. I was a notary for 10 years so I know how this works. Stay away!!! Update: we reprinted all 29 pages of the documents to satisfy this women and my husband took them in and the male notary only looked at the one my husband was signing. I think this woman who originally helped my husband was just trying to be difficult. Ridiculous

Was told contradictory information at different dates, lost all trust in this branch and its employees. Would recommend anywhere but this place to bring your business.

Had an appointment with Adrian to open a business account. I got there 10 minutes early and he had me wait 40 minutes for my appointment because a customer without an appointment walked in to talk with him while I was waiting. He was not friendly but rather rude. While setting up my account he noticed the address was incorrect on my LLC and said he couldn't help me until it was fixed. It was a common mistake so I offered to do it while I was in his office so we could proceed (it was literally a 5 minute process I did from my phone). He said no and that I would need to make another appointment even though I just drove 45 minutes to get there. I left and went to another bank where they were very friendly and opened an account on the spot with no trouble.

Called customer service to try and contact another Wells Fargo customer who at left their wallet at my restaurant. Customer service rep said they could not/would not contact the other person to help recover their cards and property, but i could desteoy the card because it was being canceled.

Terrible experience. Refused to be helped and was told they were "just too busy today". I persisted and was told that a "new policy was put in place yesterday". Avoid this branch at all costs. Worst customer service I have ever gotten. I asked to file a complaint but was told that the system was down. I cannot believe that a bank could be this bad to its customers.
