I am so happy with this bank. We used to bank with a large one (I won’t name names, but it rhymes with bells cargo) and got tired of being constantly abused (not by the local folks, but any interaction with the larger corporation). Alpine has been so friendly and helpful! They respond quickly and treat me well! I probably should not be surprised by this, but I just kind of came to expect to be bullied by my bank. The staff are so friendly. They fix things (usually my mistake) so efficiently and are wonderful throughout.Okay, the website isn’t perfect. But it is so worth it for a better banking experience.

I am going to write this on behalf of my mom. She has banked with Alpine for several years now and EVERYTIME she walks in, she is greeted with a smile from everyone. I do want to shout out in particular to Jennifer and Tom who have helped my mom securing the best financial outcomes. We recently lost my dad and Jennifer has been so patient, kind and helpful during the entire process. It makes me very happy and and secure knowing my mom has a bank that cares about her and doesn't see her as a number but a person. Great Job to Alpine Bank for all you do for my mom and our community.

FACE MASKS are REQUIRED!!! This is against the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) as well as OHSA regs. Both of these are actual laws - tested and supported by the courts - instead of the "directives" issued by the state or local governments. But even those directives allow for individuals who have difficulty breathing to be excluded from mask wearing. I have no complaint with the staff, Jennifer and Stacey. They are, and were, very polite and I love working with them, but a change in bank policy needs to be instated. Masks could be recommended, with exemptions allowed for those who cannot or do not want to wear one.
