“I was stuck on the side of the freeway 40 milles away from Nextran. I called Nextran parts department at 7 in the morning, and was greeted by Dave. Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the parts I needed for my Volvo D13. He even offered to put together the tensioner because I was hesitant if I had the correct Allan wrench. Dave put together all the parts I needed and had it delivered to me on the freeway. The delivery person (J. Wade) was extremely helpful and nice. “After retirement working in Grand Junction it was necessary to find a new car repair service as I live in Fruita.
Recommended by my daughter and son-n law to try Wicked Wrench Diesel and Auto Repair, I took my 2002 SUV in to check on a leak coming from my radiator. Diagnosis was...cracked radiator, not surprising as my vehicle is 23 years old.
The repairs were spot on and I was always kept in the loop of the progress by Anthony. The owner of the shop provided me with a ride home from the shop and p/u to shop when work was completed.
Another issues resulting from as it turned out, a dead battery only a week later, and a frantic phone call the owner Brad and front desk Anthony came to my home with a portable battery charger and I was able to get the key out of the ignition, and gear shift out of park as they were locked due to the dead battery.
My vehicle is my life line and is top priority to keep maintained. I'm so fortunate to have found the car repair service, Wicked Wrench in Fruita that is first of all, qualified but also, their customer service is beyond reproach.”
