A major highlight is the easy, digital check-in process with code lock doors, allowing for straight-to-room access, especially useful for late arrivals. The service is kind and welcoming, with helpful local recommendations. The complimentary continental breakfast is well-stocked with a nice selection of foods, pleasing both adults and children. Its location is great, near a dinosaur museum and plenty of hiking trails, with a small park across the street. A note for light sleepers: the hotel is fairly close to train tracks. Overall, it provides an affordable, stress-free, and pleasant stay, making guests eager to return.
The rooms appear to be newly remodeled, and clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the air conditioning works great, the showers have plenty of hot water. I loved my stay here and will be back next year. Thank you for a great stress free stay in Fruita, you guys are amazing.

The Balanced Rock Inn was such a nice surprise! It was very clean, modern and cute. Comfy beds, big flat screen mounted TVs, microwave and fridge in the rooms. We really appreciated the code lock doors that allow for virtual check in and check out. We will definitely be back!

Sometimes you just want to get in and get out. When we vacation in CO we try to find the perfect place to and from our destinations while we go about our 4 x 4 adventures, and this is it. Great front desk, clean nice room...really. I just did the work for you.
