Hopefully this will get fixed and I can edit my review. After Christmas I put in an inquiry to see if they could service us at 20 MBPs because I need it for VPN. They texted me New Years Day to set up a site survey. That was today. He texted me after the site survey and confirmed the service.He wanted to use the same wire as previous provider. He disconnected it and connected his stuff. At some point he started sliding on the roof and could not finish the install.I’m all for safety first. But the snow was there when they did they survey. It was there when they disconnected our previous provider and he just stops mid install.....Anyway very frustrating. Could have simply said let’s wait until the snow melts to do this.

Was supposed to have someone come out yesterday to see if I could get internet never got a call or anything got an email today stating there was “to many trees”. Not impressed at all. Very unprofessional. And no I will not delete this review to keep your rating high either.
