About Jackson Group Peterbilt - Grand Junction, Colorado
Jackson Group Peterbilt is a very great place with awesome and super helpful service. The mechanics are great and very knowledgeable, fixing problems right away. The service department gets trucks in quick and finished same day. However, the parts department sometimes suffers from a general lack of knowledge. Also, one service employee was noted as rude with a terrible attitude. Overall, it is an awesome place to deal with for repairs and warranty work.
Ron was super helpful and got my truck in right away then finished fast! Great mechanics. They are very knowledgeable in paccar and fixed my injector problem right away and got me covered under warranty.

Awesome place to deal with only reason I can't give a 5 star was the guy in service that I dealt with to take care of my invoice was very rude and had a terrible attitude I wish I'd have gotten his name.
