So many wonderful things to say about Kokopelli Animal Hospital - they are the best! Such incredible care from all of the doctors, vet techs, and front desk support. They treat our furbabies like family and are always so responsive to our needs and any questions we may have. We are so grateful for their care and would highly recommend! Thank you Kokopelli Animal Hospital for always taking such wonderful care of our furry crew!

Kokopelli Animal Hospital had been such a blessing! We took our pup into them for a surgery and they were all truly amazing. Due to COVID I was unable to go into the office. They had to come out to get my dog and everything. Both the vet techs and the actual vet who did the surgery came out to me to explain the procedure and help me to feel so much better about everything. The vet took a route for the surgery that ended up being less invasive and cheaper, which is huge for me, because many vets seem to do all they can to get extra money out of you. They even checked in on him a few days after his procedure. They were literally amazing and so helpful with everything and I would recommend them for anything your pet needs!

I was in mid-central Utah on a road trip when my dog developed an ear infection (I initially believed it was mites) and her head-shaking was driving me bonkers. My options were to drive 600 miles home and end my months-long road trip 3 weeks early, or try to find a vet. Drove the 150+ mile journey to Fruita and found Kokopelli. It was just before lunch when I pulled up and went to the front door where I was greeted by one of the employees'. My first question was whether walk-ins were accepted. She said that an appointment was necessary but asked me to wait to see if my dog (Juneau) could be seen. One of the vets didn't take lunch that day, so they let Juneau in. In just about an hour, Juneau was seen, treated, and released. Less than 24 hours later, she went from being miserable to her usually happy dog status. The next day - when I was already a few hundred miles from Fruita - I was called by somebody at Kokopelli to see how Juneau was doing. The cost of going here was significantly less (~$300) than driving home, dropping her off at the vet, then returning to my road trip. I believe I saw 6 employees' (vet tech?) and interacted with 3 of them as well as talked to the vet on the phone (COVID restrictions were in place) and all were way cool, pleasant & happy people. Couldn't recommend Kokopelli more.

The heart felt staff and the kindness they gave myself and my Wolfie the day of his passing. Wolfie was not ok he had Lymphoma Canine Cancer and one day everything changed and I called them and they got us in right away. Along with the kindness in their eyes and voices they knew i was falling apart but yet helped me every step. Thank you so much for the compassion from The Church Family.

I can not recommend Kokopelli enough. My family drives from Clifton to Fruita just to stay with them. They’ve always gone above and beyond for our pets whether it’s doing extra research or helping with scheduling. They are the best, most compassionate vets we’ve ever been to!

I like taking my dog to Kokopelli. Their staff is friendly. They have tables that lift your animal for you, which is a bonus for folks with larger dogs. I recommend Kokopelli to anyone with a pet!

Wonderful experiences always from everyone. Dr. Bechtel, always great also Dr. Grych. Dr Lastine has cared for my Blue Eyes and has seen her through very serious problems. Recently Dr Lastine again cared for my Blue Eyes and Freddie. This week. Thank you for the kindness and caring. You are the best. Candy and Stacy thank you so very much. Everyone is amazing there. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave it is amazing care. They were amazing with pooch and caring and in tune with her anxiety. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.
