I am very impressed with how polite and friendly the girl that answered the phone was. Right before closing on a Friday night she didn't make me feel rushed or like she just wanted to close up for the day. Great customer service.

The Heartland website was easy to access, set up automatic billing and the gated storage site is clean with plenty of room in front of the unit.
