When you have dogs you are banned to the old but possibly still smoking rooms on the bottom floor. Visible black mold on the shower ceiling. Human hair everywhere. Trash still on the bathroom floor so they definitely didn't vacuum or sweep. LOUD people stomping around at ALL hours. Called the desk it got quiet for 10 minutes. Unclean hotel. Old outdated. Never again. Even for the price which isn't what it should be for what you're getting.

We’ve stayed here several times. The rooms are always clean and breakfast is consistent.. yogurt, bananas, prepackaged muffins, make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, toast, coffee, apple juice, or orange juice. And best of all, they allow pets 🐶 and don’t mind if we store our bikes in the room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We stayed in room 115 and there were bed bugs in the bed and on the walls. We had to take hours laundering all of our clothes during our vacation time. Returned home and threw away luggage and went to another laundromat to rewash clothes again. Hours of inconvenience, out all of cost on luggage, then I look on my credit card statement and I was overcharged by $30 for the room. Wyndham rewards, where I paid, shows rate at $91.18 and my credit card was charged by the hotel $121.18. Then when I try to contact management, no one is ever in. Do not waste your precious vacation time dealing with this horrible hotel!!!
Rooms: Inspect for bed bugs before bringing in any luggage!
Noteworthy details: Check your bill. Overcharged after booking on Wyndam Rewards. Then management is MIA!!

Fairly standard Super 8 - a little dated but everything worked and was clean. Good location close to a bagel shop for breakfast if you don't want the hotel's breakfast - close to Wendys and gas. If your standard is the Ritz then look elsewhere but for one night on the road it was just fine and $20 to $30 cheaper than anything else in Fruita. I would stay again.

Hard to get past the rudeness of the staff here. I just would not consider this as an option for any reason. Better to sleep in your car.

We booked a four night stay while visiting some relatives in Fruita and found the room to be about what you'd expect for one of the cheapest rooms in town, maybe even a little better. The reason for the low "star" rating is because of the service. We booked the room stating that we had two adults and three pre-teen children. When we arrived, we found two queen beds--which the advertisement clearly stated--but inquired as to where the fifth person in our party was to sleep. We were told that we could rent an additional roll-in bed for $15 per night. I told the person at the desk that we had reserved the room for five people and expected that our room/sleeping situation would be accommodated as much. Again, the $15 bed per day was offered to us. The next morning, I asked a different person at the front desk the same question and was told, "We don't book rooms for more than four people." I pulled up my reservation and pointed out that we had clearly made the reservation for five people, and he said, "Oh, you must have made the reservation on a third-party site. That happens sometimes." They didn't offer a solution, accept any responsibility, or even say, "I'm sorry that happened, let me see if I can make it right." Both of the people I spoke to--one of whom, I believe was the manager--essentially said, "Too bad, so sad." and left it at that, without regard for the crappy customer service they were offering. Decent little breakfast nook, GREAT location in Fruita, and decently clean rooms (though there was a wet, used bandaid on the floor in our bathroom).

Normal Super 8 experience. Next to lots of local and national chain dining options.

The staff was very friendly, the location was good but the room was not great. The furniture was stained and damaged & the bed spreads were stained as well. The bathroom was ok but this is not a place I would give more than 3 stars.

This hotel was incredibly clean and well maintained. I am a retired maintenance engineer and manager of a Carlson Wagonlit travel agency and I was really impressed 😁.
Rooms: Well built and well maintained. None of the problems one has learned to expect were present here. No leaking or sticking valves, no doorknob holes in the walls. No mismatched or unglued cove base, etc, etc.
Noteworthy details: I asked for an extra pillow and they brought me two!

We took a band trip across the state with over 60 students, staff, and chaperones. Kylie made it so easy to book rooms and the communication was top notch! They had a space blocked off for our buses and trucks to park and would check on them throughout the night to make sure everything was safe! The kids had a wonderful time with the pool, hot tub, and vending machines at night. Cameron and Sunny also helped make sure we had enough waffles and breakfast in the morning!

I am generally satisfied with my experience at this accommodation, except that the breakfast was a bit weak. When making a reservation on September 18th, I made a reservation for one person and paid $128.27 for a total of 3 people at check-in, but I found out that an additional $30 was paid the next day. .
I called the accommodation to inquire and they said I would be refunded after 10 days, but I would like to know what the $30 is for and how it will be processed in the future.
Rooms: It's big and clean.

Love this place! Good service and clean room with good smell, and comfortable bed.
Breakfast was very nice, they had waffles, muffins, yogurt, cereal, fruits, toast, peanut butter just regular butter and jam. Had good coffee, lemonade, orange and apple juice.
The only one think it’s a loud air conditioner.
Thank you guys a lot!

Great room, great location, very quiet. Wish every hotel was this standard. Coffee available in lobby 24 hours, breakfast was a bit basic but ok.
Food and drinks: Heaps of choices within walking distance.
