So sad that every time I go in there for something the guy with glasses who does not have a badge on is rude and lacks customer service skills. Totally unprofessional and needs to be terminated for his actions. Alot of people complain about this location but nothing has been done to improve the issues. I will say Tom who was working was friendly and trying to help everyone.

Thank you for being so helpful, Sonja, whenever I’ve been in there. None of what’s going on with late deliveries this holiday season has anything to do with you. I’ve never had bad service at that branch of the PO.

The Blonde lady behind the counter is not helpful, always complaining under her breath and just needs to go if her job is that bad. Thank goodness there is a better shopping place right up the road. I won’t be back

I just moved to Fruita from Grand Junction. THREE packages are still out for delivery 3 days after they were due to arrive, one my pain cream. So many people on Facebook are complaining about Fruita postal service. What the heck is going on? Do I need to have packages sent to Loma?

Not a fan of this post office or the blond lady running the place as of lately. She has been rude to me on multiple instances. But today’s took the cake. She was helping a lady in line ahead of me who spoke little English. I didn’t catch all of their conversation, but then I hear the blond lady say loudly “go to the Loma post office! They can help you!” (Dude, the lady just doesn’t speak English. She’s not deaf!) Then the customer said “what’s a Loma?” And the blond lady said “we are very busy and we serve a large area. Go to Loma. Go to Loma.” Very rude customer interaction. I understand being busy during the holidays, but come on! Don’t be so rude!
Not to mention package delivery lately is a joke. I believe the fruita branch of USPS is struggling because management took a huge nosedive. I feel sorry for those working there. USPS needs to change management of the Fruita branch asap!

Terrible service!! the blonde lady with heavy botox is honestly got to be one of the most disrespectful humans I’ve ever dealt with. We came to pickup 2 packages that weren’t in our P.O. Box and she is telling us that we were in the wrong for them not being in our P.O. Box. We have dealt with her twice and the first time she sent us to Grand Junction to the Annex building to retrieve one of our package's, when we brought up the Annex building in our 2nd interaction with this lady she says in her words “don’t listen to annex they are retards”.(with a line of people behind us). This is also a grown lady that chooses to talk that way and this is who every person has to deal with when going into the post office. MOST PATHETIC EXPERIENCES EVER!!

For days and days I'll get nothing but 1-2 ad's that's all! And then according to the mail viewing program on my laptop, I will see 4-5 letters for that days delivery! BUT, in my mailbox is mail that I haven't laid eyes on! According to the PO, it was delivered on Sunday-no mail on Sunday's-and this was last Monday! GUESS WHAT? It happened again today! Originally, I had mail from the Federal Government, Xcel Energy plus additional pieces of mail! BUT, what I received was 5 letters and 1 magazine! None of which I have seen on my PO program! I tried in vain to contact the various help numbers but to no avail! I guess my only option at this point is to contact my: Senator as well as my Congressperson!

I changed my review….this Post Office is horrible. There were two good employees but I haven’t seen them in a month of Sundays and I completely stopped going there. The older, grumpy guy who is balding could stand to be humble and most importantly customer oriented. I work for the fed gov and he it appears he should consider retiring quick, fast and in a hurry because he definitely has job burnout and it shows and as a customer, we can feel the rudeness.

I can’t begin to fathom what it is that makes the employees at this post office so odious and unfriendly. Every single time that I’ve tried to patron this location, someone, especially the tiny, short, bald guy, is cruel and spiteful for a reason completely beyond me. I try to smile and bring some light into this decrepit dungeon of despair where joy and good wishes go to die, but am met with the patent cruelty and combative nature that only federal employees can seem to muster.

It seems like the bad reviews all start with HE... HE is the problem HE is the manager HE is a jerk HE doesn't care about people.... She which would be the other employees are all wonderful I'm going to report HIM to the postmaster general and see if I can get some action
