I have had my driver's license returned to the dmv twice with the correct address on it. Two times my Humana expense card never showed up and a substantial check evaporated. My roommate and i who have had the same PO Box for 3 years suddenly have our bank accounts frozen because they are RETURNING MAIL AS UNDELIVERABLE. I have filed complaints and claims...nothing gets done. I have had to pay for a box at a ups store. Have had NO problems.

Rude and unfriendly. They act as though your presence is an annoyance. MIA packages that say they were delivered days ago.

The lady who works here has been nothing short of rude every single time I've had to come in and mail a package or pick one up. I have had a package now get misplaced, and I can't seem to wrap my head around how a package gets lost in a town where there's only 1,200 people. The lady who works here has been extremely unhelpful, lackadaisical, and downright unpleasant. Please be mindful that your packages will get lost here even though it's supposedly one of the safest places to get items shipped to.

The worst post office imaginable.. I tried 4 days in a rowevery hour to call yhem.. Not once did i get anyone to andwer the phone!!

If I were able to give a 0 star review for this particular business I would. I have had a PO Box at this particular location now for 3 months and it has been the worst experience that I personally haven't encountered as far as with a Post Office. In the time that I have had this PO Box I have received somewhere between 50 to 75 packages out of those 50 to 75 packages 2/3 of them were too large to fit inside my particular PO Box. What they are supposed to do in this instance would be place my package inside a parcel Box and leave a key for it so that I can get that without having to come in during regular business hours. Out of the 3 months I received a key maybe 2 times. All of the women And I'm using that term very loosely that work there are just the rudest unhelpful people that I have ever encountered. Do not get a PO Box here these people are not good to do business with there is no other way for me to put it.

Never open when they say they are. They’re extremely nice here - at least to me but if you’re not going to be open or close early, you guys need to update Google…

horrible service - I don't even live here but talk to so many people that ship through this office and the same complaint occurs over and over again. They refuse to deliver letters and shipments to people and make them come pick up them up and when they come in the claim they don't have the items even though they marked them for pickup. Whoever works here is being lazy very lazy and not doing the job they are being paid for..... POSTMASTER please look into this !

Horrible service. I walked in the freezing weather from the other side of the lake to retrieve packages only to arrive @1:01 and they mocked me from the back for waiting instead of me leaving and coming back; you make that trip back and forth 2 times in this weather by foot and see if you think it's funny then. I've signed documents for them to put my packages in a package box and leave me the key in my normal postage box. Make em deliver mail door to door in the snow and wind so they remember the traditional oath and what service is really about.

Every single time I have paid for fast shipping it has come later than the original shipping because they just let it sit behind the desk for days. Worst post office ever .

The fact that quite a bit of my mail gets sent back because it has my physical address with only the PO Box numbers I.e 123; and not PB or PO Box in front of the numbers is ridiculous and angering. When questioned the post man he says well then get things from people who can put the PO Box. Very rude. If you cannot mail anything to my PO Box with my physical address why do I have to have proof of it when getting the mail box. It's really unfair that I have to pay for a mail box in Dumont because he doesn't deliver 90% of my mail. Really hopeful the Postal service will investigate or something I know plenty of people are dissatisfied.

Not pleased that the new postman returns mail I have sent to my mother's while I am stuck overseas because of covid. So apparently "the rules" say they will only accept mail to the resident of the house- anything else, he now returns or tosses, without consideration. Absolutely incredulous and causes sooooo much unnecessary distress.
