“The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and take the time to chat about the work to be done so I can understand it better. The customer portal they use for paying for repairs and giving customer access to pictures of the work done is fantastic. I can see what was broken and needs to be replaced and records of what we talked about over the phone for approval of work. I haven’t seen a company use this platform before and it’s very refreshing to have an abundance of info like this.”
“Got my oil changed and they explained things to me about the car. I’m not a car person but I understood. It was very clean and smelled good in the waiting area. They had coupons too check the website! Only thing missing was milk and sugar for the coffee but it’s ok I went to the long Soopers right next door to kill some time and got a drink and snack. They were able to take me right away and the wait time was what they said. Overall good experience”
