“I have been to Tune Tech twice. The first time for an issue with my cars remote start, then for a low beam bulb. Both times Tune Tech fixed the problem in a timely, professional, and affordable manner. They even checked all of my lights, finding I had 3 bulbs out, not just one. I was glad I took it to them considering I'd taken my car for an oil change a week earlier to a different company who never mentioned that I had any lights out. Last, but not least, Ken, the owner, is very pleasant to work with.”

“After I made the mistake of taking my car to a dealership to have the ac serviced it wasn't working after that told me the ac compresser was shot. And what they wanted to charge me I said no thanks I found Novack automotive online and from the good reviews explained to him what happen .he checked the ac was over charged he was able to pull the refrigerate out check everything filled it to the correct amount and my ac is working good so far but the compresser was weaken for the other shop so if it holds and gets me through the summer I'll be happy if not he gave me a very reasonable quote for parts and labor with that in mind I'll just drive it but to know he was a good and fair shop ill,definitely come back for repairs and recommend his shop .?”

I was happy that it didnt cost me an arm and leg. They were very responsive and Joe, the mechanic who worked on my Mom's car has 20+ years experience. On the plus side it's a woman owned business. I am all about supporting our females out there who are trying to make a living.I highly recommend.”

“I brought my vehicle in because I had an issue with another company putting my system in and this company wasn’t taking the responsibility to fix it. KTC assisted me in figuring out the issues and talked me thru options. I finally decided and got a new system in with KTC working around the one issue. There was also some confusion on the installation and when I called KTC they took care of the problem with a fair resolution. I appreciate they didn’t have any attitude about it. They are always friendly when I come in.”

“I had another party say my vehicle needed a new alternator, and Auto Works was the only one to give me a fast, fair estimate +$1200 (the rest wanted me to come in). I took my truck to them and after just an hour, they called and said that my alternator was fine, but that another issue ($60) could have caused my battery drain. Their waiting room was full, and it's clear why. They are the most honest, hard-working and knowledgeable people I've met in their industry. I highly recommend going to Auto Works - even though it might mean my wait time is longer - they're worth it!”

“The hail repair itself was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend them for that. However, they couldn't match the satin black color my hood was so they asked if it could be wrapped instead. That in itself is no issue. The company they used for the vinyl wrap didn't do a very good job. They damaged my air intake bezel and the wrap has started to lift around it and it's been 8 months.”
“I had to have my car towed. My first garage was too busy, and I was lucky indeed to get to Our Garage instead. Tricia called to confirm receipt of my towed car and ask about the issue. The next day, after checking everything and going through diagnostics, they said: Car's OK, battery is OK, just let it run for a while. They did NOT try to sell me a new battery or anything else. Fifth star--Tricia offered to pick me up and drive me to Our Garage to facilitate me getting the car back without paying for a LYFT. Now that is Service spelled with a capital "S".”

To my surprise, the rear differential was leaking, the wheel hub worn out, and radiator was leaking profusely. Edgar and his team repaired/replaced these defective items in no time. “Can't say enough good things about Dave and Cameron. My wife and I were on a 4 week road trip in our truck and trailer when the pinion bearing started going out. I was a little north of the Denver area and called on a Friday and set up.an appointment for the following Tuesday.They got me in first thing in the morning and did a thorough job inspecting and rebuilding the rear end with all new bearings and seals and had me out the door in a few hours.I do a lot of my own auto repair work and I was impressed with their knowledge and experience. “These guys were incredibly kind and understanding when my car stopped running and I was in a panic about getting it towed and into a shop.- They said I could bring it in that day (Friday) and keep it safe there over the weekend even though they had a jam packed schedule and probably wouldn't be able to get to it til Monday.-When I got the car towed there, they could see I was very stressed out and told me to take my time and there was no rush. The day I dropped off, an older gentleman was giving the front office gal a really hard time about having a full tank of gas. She never lost her cool. Jamie was great at giving me updates bi-weekly even if it wasn't the news I wanted. She was great at explaining all that was happening and the hold ups. On the day I was supposed to pick up, we had an insurance hiccup. Conner went above and beyond to help figure it out and get me back in my vehicle. I would definitely use them again. Just hope I never have to.”
