“Sunday night my wife called me and said she had a tire going flat and fast. I said go to the nearest mechanic shop. Thankfully she found this place. The two or three gentlemen working this shift took such good care of her. So good she felt comfortable working with them without me needing to show up. Put a spare on for her N/C and didnt expect anything. She bought them Pizza and drinks and was very satisfied. Great to know people still care even for something as small as putting a spare on. Thanks Ellis Automotive if I ever need your services I wouldn't hesitate stopping in myself.

“HUGE shoutout to Mike and his staff at Big O on 6th Ave. Mike had one mechanic on a Saturday, a line out the door and a shop full of cars. Mike was in the hospital for the week before, showed up and was kind to EVERYONE that walked in. Apologized for being understaffed(even though it was not on him at all) He took care of me and hooked me up with an oil change. In a world where everyone is trying to take your money and send you off with out without the problem fixed, Mike is the kind of people we need more of. I will ALWAYS go back as long as Mike is running that Big O. Proud to be a customer of someone with such genuine kindness. THANK YOU MIKE!”

Thomas at Anthony's Gold Auto Care exemplifies this and it speaks to the culture of compassion and customer service the shop values overall. I took my daily driver to figure out what was causing a constant vibration while I was driving. Thomas called me within an hour of dropping off my car, gave me an explanation, quote, and tried his best to work with me and my limited capacity to pay for expensive car repairs. I initially brought my vehicle in for general maintenance and repairs, along with an insurance claim. “I found this company to be very helpful and honest. They did not overstate and overcharge me after doing an inspection. They were very clear about what was very necessary and what was more optional. When they accidentally damage my power steering, while trying to fix a different issue in my steering, they immediately told me and they fixed it free of charge of course. “Can't say enough good things about Dave and Cameron. My wife and I were on a 4 week road trip in our truck and trailer when the pinion bearing started going out. I was a little north of the Denver area and called on a Friday and set up.an appointment for the following Tuesday.They got me in first thing in the morning and did a thorough job inspecting and rebuilding the rear end with all new bearings and seals and had me out the door in a few hours.I do a lot of my own auto repair work and I was impressed with their knowledge and experience. Recently it’s for brakes and they could’ve gotten me for all the brakes and rotors, but they said all I needed was front brakes and front rotors. Ive been riding around with this fender-bender on the front/driver-side of my ‘15 Impreza Sport wagon for the entire 2+ years that I’ve owned it, not really thinking of it’s repair as a priority or necessity.
