This is by far the worst Pharmacy we have ever been to. My wife was told to come down to the pharmacy to get our meds and that we specifically to pick them up today. Just a little backstory, this CVS was the only one that had our meds And We live 45 minutes away, when she got there she waited over an hour just to talk to someone, when she finally got to speak to someone, they told her that they didn't have our meds and they don't know who she talk to. It wouldn't be so bad, but they were so Flippin rude to her, rude to her enough to make her cry. my wife is not an aggressive person and for them to treat her so badly and make her feel like she was a Karen is ridiculous . First of all I don't think anybody that has life-saving drugs and then denies them to the person that desperately needs them should even have a job anymore like you're dealing with peoples lives, on top of it you have no right to be rude or treat people like dirt because you're having a bad day. I really hope whoever reads this is smart enough to change their prescriptions to another pharmacy . Please go to Walmart, go to King Soopers, Safeway, Walgreens sams club, Costco, anywhere else but this place unless you want to be treated like dirt also.

Always busy, and never fills your script before 12pm. Always rushing and it reflects in their service. Will be switching locations asap.

I came to this pharmacy and asked if they can call and transfer my medication over from another pharmacy and the man told me that I will get a text back to pick it up around 2pm. It is now 6:30pm and I went back to pick it up because I didn’t receive a text. The man told me that he will talk to the pharmacy lady to see if she called. She said out loud that she called and that the other pharmacy did not answer. So I called the man from the other pharmacy and he wanted to speak with her and she refused to get on the phone. So I had to ask another employee to talk on the phone to him and he took in the information and told me to come back in 20 to 30 mins ,and it look like he didn’t even want to talk to the pharmacist. I don’t like how they treated me . They were rude , and took a long time to get my medication. The lady who is supposed to make calls is a bad communicator. I will never ask for anything else to be sent here. I would give it a negative if I could

You should avoid this CVS location at all costs. They are incredibly slow and inefficient and the customer-facing staff are SO rude!

Alex that works in the pharmacy has convinced himself that the little schooling / medical knowledge he has trumps actual doctors and refused to give me my medication. My co-worker said they refused to fill her meds as well. Don’t come to this pharmacy if you need medication without having to justify the reason you need it in front of other customers. He began asking details about why I needed it and how I was taking this medication. I had to explain to him in front of a line of people which was very embarrassing. I cried out of embarrassment. He was aggressive and rude.

Called and they told me they would give me an emergency refill on a medication I picked up at a Safeway Pharmacy, you cannot go more than 2 days without this medicine because of the withdrawals. I drove over there and the pharmacist personally refused me. I have gotten emergency refills at other CVS’s despite picking up my original prescription at a different location. Don’t understand why this one specifically turned me away.

They are unable to retain staff and will turn off phones when understaffed. Refilling prescriptions takes hours of phone calls and waiting in line. Send your prescriptions elsewhere.

Have had an issue for a week getting a time sensitive script filled. Too early to fill, didn't have the generic brand to fill, then stated they needed prior auth for a Ned I've been taking for years.I explained I was frustrated since I've been dealing with this for a week. The woman told me to call back when I'm in a better mood (no joke) and hung up on me. I called back and she answered the phone "what do you want?"...I asked for a manager and she just put me on hold forever until I hung up. I didn't realize a pharmacy could treat patients this way legally.

I used to go to kingsoopers and they were never ready with my stuff and took hours to do anything. Target is never mote than 10 or 15 minutes if not ready. Glad I switched!!

Extremely rude and unhappy. I've never been helped by an employee that even looked at me. Never smile. The pharmacist treats people with disrespect. This is in regards to CVS in Glendale Target

Girl with the purple hair was so rude to me just because my prescription hasn’t been filled on THEIR end. Completely unnecessary. How dare you be rude to someone just trying to get their medication to feel better? Disgusting human.

Wow - what a great experience. Husband and I are all vaccinated and boostered and caught COVID. Our PCP sent in an antiviral Rx to our usual pharmacy and they cancelled our order for unknown reasons - I'm assuming they were out of stock. Called a couple other large pharmacies around town and after spending the morning on hold, I called this CVS and got straight through. They had it in stock! By this time, our doc was unreachable, as it was Black Friday and they were closed. The kind human at CVS was thoroughly helpful and had no problem calling our usual pharmacy and getting the Rx transferred over. Our scripts were ready in no time and they had no issue whatsoever with a friend picking them up for us. Overall just a super great experience and has me considering switching everything over to CVS going forward because it's bigger and more reliable. Thanks for going the extra mile and being so kind!

Really rude and difficult to work with. I called ahead to ensure my prescriptions would be ready for pick up. Needed two filled. Showed up, they only filled one. Waited for 45 minutes. When I went back to the desk, they lost one of the prescriptions and only had one available. Said that they couldn’t help me at that time because they were going on break. Terrible customer service and not empathetic at all. My medications are time sensitive so this was a really inconvenient experience.
