Always closed during open hours, doesnt matter what time of the day it is, always closed, why even have the store next to a planet fitness if your not going to provide products

Went in for some preworkout and the worker, Anesia was incredible! Super knowledgeable and helped me pick out a new pre to try. Even made some reccomendations for some new protein powder to try! 10/10

Never open. Even during their hours they always seemed to be closed. The vitamin shoppe down the road at least has most of what they sell and they have staff too. This GNC is the worst.

I visited this store on a trip from DC and was very warmly greeted by Aneisa (sp?). She was very kind, helpful, friendly and courteous. Strongly recommend visiting this store!

Came by with about 5 minutes left and they were closed. Lights off. Even though it says 7:00. They don't stay open. There are 2 hours..

Costumer service alert!!! This GNC location is worst I have ever been. I was gnc costumer more than 7 years but employee is doesn’t even know their return policy and trying to keep your money even that against GNC return policy.I bought product last week and I want to return it today but employee who name Stephenie lied to me about return policy.I asked politely return this item.She says you can't return if box opened but on the receipt it doesn't say anything about open box.Return policy clearly says within 30 days I can return item with receipt which I had original receipt with me.She said policy just changed but it was lie .I checked online same return policy didn't change anything.She just doesn't want to give money back even the return policy clearly says I can.She kicked out from store no reason.She was unprofessional and so rude! Stay away from this location.COSTUMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD?

This is the 4th time in roughly 6 months that this junky location isn't open during posted hours. Some of the staff is fine, others are like what the other reviews say. Useless and 100% don't workout or eat well. Stop going here so they hopefully shut down for good! Trash, 0 stars

Person working told me that my online order that was ready for pick up "did not exist". He then charged me more than what my online order costed. I now have two charges from GNC (online order & instore), because I never picked up the "non-existent" online order....
