Thanks to the amazing supervisors Jacob, Roger and Tim who help me get a replacement for the new 8000 BTU Toshiba air conditioner that I purchased on 2/19/24 at the South Chambers Rd store #1523 store when my air conditioner arrived the box had been stopped when I reported it they apologized and replaced it and delivered the new one to my apartment thanks again God is good

Garbage company. For some reason they have 0 hand pumps for bikes. They have 1 electric battery pump, so with a flat tire and after walking 30mins over there I buy it.I test it before leaving the store, and it has a green light.Good, the battery must be close to fully charged.I walk 30 minuets back to my bike, and as soon as I attach the pump to the tire, light is orange. Not even able to pump for 30 seconds and the light turns red and stops pumping.Meanwhile, the display is lying saying that it's pumping to 33, then 52 psi when the tire is clearly not even firm to the touch. Couldn't even be more than 2 to 5 pounds.Scam product left as the only option by a Garbage company that's probably in bed with fossil fuel companies trying to get me to call a car for help.A refund won't cut it. Never shopping there again.

Feels like the leadership at this store goes out of its way to teach associates to not care about customers. Doesn’t matter to me that you’re such a high selling store: Customer service matters. I waited (15) minutes yesterday for forklifts to set pallets of cement on a lumber aisle before I could shop the lumber SKUS. This is par for the course at this store. This is also the only store in Denver I know of that uses aggressive security guards to intimidate paying customers. If it wasn’t so close to my office, I would go to a different location.

Went to this store to order carpet to have our basement done. It has been a complete disaster!!! Carpet ordered was late so the have changed install date 3 different times. After delaying a week, they then call and say the carpet is in we can install tomorrow. Come to find out someone ordered the wrong size. So now delayed till God knows when because the carpet hasn't been ordered yet, 3 days after original install date. What a joke of a company! Might pull my business and go elsewhere since after paying thousands of dollars I have zero answers, no carpet, and nothing has been ordered.Should be a -5 for a score. Complete lack of customer service!

I will never use Home Depot Pro ever again or my Home Depot CC. I’m a Pro not a thief but that said so I’m out. I should not have to go a 90 day policy for returns. No Pro should either!
