I've been shopping at Home Depot for years with a Pro account. I've usually had great experience. I made an appt online through one of the local stores to have window treatment measurements. I received a call days later from an individual and scheduled the appt. I unfortunately did not get a return phone number. I needed to change the appt and spent the next 2 hours, mostly on hold, to find the right person. I received an emailed receipt for the $50 down payment, that was it. No confirmation from the company contracted to do the measure. The HD receipts always have only the corporate number and in this case they couldn't track down the information. Probably won't use them again for this service.

AWFUL....We ordered a stackable washer Dryer....Waited for deliver. When they showed up they didn't have the stacking unit. No one told us we needed one. they left the equipment in our garage. My husband went back in to get help and rescheduled the service. they came, and sure enough the units didn't fit. They left the washer dryer, telling us to call. My husband went back to the store to speak with a manager and get help. They told us to call customer service. Customer service then told us it was past the Samsung 48 hours and we wold be charged. We have spent hours on this without assistance. We were on with Customer Service while waiting for a plane for 90 minutes on-hold and disconnected repeating the issue over and over...Its Maddening and we still dont have hep. Unbelievable -We will fight this with our credit card company but its been awful...

This Home Depot sucks. They don't have anything, they mock you when you can't find what you're looking for- staff were very rude and unhelpful. 0/5 stars. Do not go here

After hours of research online I figured I come into Home Depot to talk to someone who knows more than me to give some advice for an air conditioning unit and after my advice to anyone is just stick to online research. No one in the store was willing to give more than 2 mins of their time to actually help me. Walked out in disappointment. Online research and Amazon will give a better experience.

The staff at this particular store is always friendly to me and helpful. They also seem to take pride in keeping it stocked and organized which I definitely like. Tools are always expensive when they're good quality so I can fault them for that stuff.

Too much dog urine. Customers don't care when their did fight or p*** in the store. The store is not capable of policing every dog and won't chance the rules on pets versus service animals.

I'm literally only writing this review to praise Trevor for his customer service skills. My husband and I visited this location tonight and needed to replace a damaged item, and Trevor went above and beyond in helping us and making the situation right. It was refreshing to be treated and taken care of as well as he did for us, so thank you, Trevor.

I saw drive in pharmacy on south side, so, parked nr there. However, all OTC medications were on north side of building.

Home Depot is my hero store, and Beth at paint at 860 Colorado was my hero associate, super informed and helpful finding the right Covid masks for our family when we travel. HD has variety you don't find elsewhere, and Beth has product knowledge that gets right to our needs. Like a walking compendium of Yelp product reviews for what she sells. If every brick-mortar store provided this much knowledge and trust we'd all be quicker to shop locally than travel to the Amazon for shopping.

After some research, we decided to go with Home Depot for our sliding glass door project. We went with Home Depot because they "guaranteed" their installs and product. We ordered the product 10/07/2020. Went over everything and signed on the dotted line. Install was scheduled for mid-December, but rescheduled for 12/31/2020. The install clearly did not go as planned as with my limited Spanish they were cutting, shoving and forcing one slider into place. The crew tells us "done" and left. We did not sign anything, inspect anything, they just *poof* gone. After we checked out the install work, we were appalled. We abruptly called the install crew multiple times and no one picked up, voicemail full. The door frames were scratched and damaged inside and out, the door on the right was bowing and allowing cold air in, framing around the doors was incomplete/poorly measured with gaps, and there was a giant 2+" gap exposed on the exterior threshold down the house foundation. That day we reached out to the Glendale Home Depot, a week or so later after multiple calls, in store visits, and emails we finally got someone to speak to us. Fast forward a month or so later they sent out the install quality assurance person to come and look the sliders. QA person stated the trim and gap were install issues they would be able to address but the deep scratches in the frame and right slider bowing was a manufacturer issue and we would have to take it up with the manufacturer before the other install issues were addressed. This QA person also admitted that his company measured incorrectly and we should have had gliders, not sliders installed. QA inspector also indicated he was there for part of the day during install and noted on the install paperwork that one slider was wrong (um, were they hoping we would just not see that the window was bowed and damaged??)I felt that he kept on trying to get us to give statements that we damaged the frames. For example, I mentioned I attempted to clean the frames to get some of the scratches out. He would reply with, "Well what did you clean them with? Was it abrasive?" ... I asked multiple times for these QA inspections to be emailed to me directly. I was told no, they were a subcontractor with Home Depot and I would have to get the reports from them. When I asked Home Depot for the reports (multiple occasions) I was ignored. Another month goes by since the first QA inspection (yes there is more than one), at this point Home Depot then had us call the manufacturer who was then in contact with Home Depot. The manufacturer and Home Depot wanted us to prove that the sliders were installed "level, plum, and flush". Um, I am not a window installer that is why I hired Home Depot. After another week-long back and forth with Home Depot they send out the install quality assurance person again. This guy was clearly not impressed to be at our home again. Presented as confrontational and clueless. He did not know why was there or what he had to document. I had to pull up the manufacturer email and read it to him. His reply, "Well, I am not sure how to show them that..." I replied, "Nor do I, that is why I hired professionals..." SO he takes pictures and types up his report and says he will get it to Home Depot. And then we wait and two weeks pass, nothing. And we wait, and wait, and wait... Finally the manufacturing company contacts us asking if Home Depot has reached out to us. "Nope, you are the first person who has contacted us since the second inspection", we reply. From what the CSR was saying they had been trying to contact Home Depot to set up another inspection (yep, number 3 here!). We set up the inspection with the manufacturer's QA person (a month plus out. Keep in mind this is winter in Denver and cold air is just passing freely through the doors. Hello heating bill!). They also mention Home Depot did not order the doors same key, but they will handle it (we are still working with the company on this one). The manufacturer QA

I've visited this Home Depot on quite a few occasions and my experience has always been pleasant. The staff here are always upbeat and are happy to help with any questions or advice.I recently stopped by here to get a key cut from their automatic key cutting machine, super cool by the way!!The lady at the register was friendly and cheery, which is always nice. The only downside about this Home Depot is that it's so popular that parking can sometimes be hard to find. Other than that, this Home Depot is always a pleasure to visit.

There's a chubby creepy half bald loss prevention dude following me around, just doing his job. Because of that, I shop in fear. If this is happening to anyone else, write the reviews.Homedepot delivery locker takes the standard 3-5 days, which is helpful for online orders. Assisstance with lumber, and loading heavy furniture is exceptional from the helpers. Home improvement has so many specialties that most associates wouldn't be able to help, such as electric components. Overall, services could improve if associates had the experiences.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT! Worst delivery service and customer service ever. Washer and dryer were ordered July 2, 2020. After many screw ups with the order, the washer and dryer was delivered in mid August but the wrong part had been ordered. When the part came they weren't going to install for several more weeks. After arguing since it was their fault they agreed to deliver on August 27th. I left work early and waited 4 hours to which they never showed.
