I’m very confused by the overall rating of this pharmacy, which I have found to be one of the easiest to use in my area. For instance: I don’t think I’ve ever waited in line longer than five minutes. They are one of the very few pharmacies that actually answers the phone. They remember my name. They’ve looked for discounts on my meds. They’ve answered every (and sometimes silly) question I’ve had in a professional and friendly manner. Their automated notification system tells me not only that a prescription is ready, but that they received it from my doctor in the first place. They’ve given me helpful advice — just today, in fact, I called about prescriptions while on a lengthier vacation and had my questions answered inside of three minutes. I like going here, even though it’s not the closest pharmacy to me. It’s clear they’re very busy but I’ve never felt rushed. Hopefully they get some recognition, because their lower ratings are baffling to me.

I’m so happy I made the switch to this pharmacy! I almost never have to wait in line and the staff and pharmacists are so friendly! Today I overheard the pharmacist on the phone validating a patient, which made me feel even better about switching pharmacies. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I have never had a problem with prescriptions and they are usually filled within 48 Hours. I think they are better than a lot of pharmacies in this area I have used in the past.

I’m shocked by the negative reviews. All of my experiences have been positive. I’ve gotten to know the staff, they search for best prices, they are always kind and helpful and knowledgeable. They accommodate my rare requests for expediting an order. Sorry to hear about other experiences, but I love my KS pharmacy and its staff.

Holy cow this pharmacy really is bad.. I was picking up a medication and the gal helping me acted like she didn't know/understand English and stared at me like an idiot when I asked her a question. There was a guy there that ended up having to answer my question since she didn't seen to act like she didn't want to help Me or answer my question etc..

This pharmacy has been the best pharmacy I've ever been too. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to get my prescriptions, and the headache free experience is worth it!They are always stocked with my medication, the staff is awesome and they go above and beyond to ensure they deliver excellent customer service, and the new pharmacy manager, Nicholas Callara, is an absolute pleasure.Highly Recommend this King Soopers Pharmacy location!

This store is a dive. It has become a dump since Covid began and hasn't gotten any better after Covid or the strike was settled. We shop there only because of convenience in the location, but I will likely make the drive somewhere else now. We bought pork chops for dinner last night and they were on sale. They looked okay, but both of us were ill after eating them. The meat at this King Soopers is always sub-par and I will not shop here again for food.

Incredibly frustrating pharmacy to work with. I am a psychiatrist and know the field well and feel certain that without this health literacy I would not have known they were attempting to coerce me into buying the name brand medications for something written as generic that they had formulations of in stock. I have high suspicion that their patriarchal approach and lack of compassion was rooted in the fact that i was trying to fill a controlled substance. Something you often see in pharmacists who have no real understanding of the disease and simply a sterile understanding of the meds. (Also i guess what did i expect working with a pharmacist who can only get employed at a grocery store). I intend to report the pharmacist to their governing body.Edit: oh guess what? They said they couldn’t fill my prescription because they didn’t have the generic version of the 20mg formulation, but did have 10mg formulations available. I just checked my portal from my psychiatrists office: they wrote it as two 10mg. They had my formulation and just refused to fill the generic version. Took no time to talk to me and was just coaching their pharm tech on what to say, you could hear them in the background. I will be coming for this pharmacist’s job after I get done having my prescription sent elsewhere.

Never answer phones will keep you on hold for an hour and keep putting you back on hold, will ignore you if you come through drive thru lane. Providers cannot call if needed.

This place has become a ghetto dump. Its 10 minutes to close and there is this huge line for checkout.. they could easily solve this buy opening a second checkout area.Also tried to use ther bathroom but it was full of homeless dudes. What a low class dump of a supermarket.

Terrible communication, always have a long wait. I got a call that my prescription was really and it really wasn’t. Almost everyone has an attitude because of not having enough help.I miss CVS pharmacy!
