I have noticed this location raises prices more than other King Soopers locations, so I try to stay away. However, yesterday on my lunch break I needed something and I was in the area so I figured I'd run in and grab it quickly. The item I needed was behind the locked glass, so I pressed the button for assistance. No one came within a few minutes so I went to the glass door on the other end of the isle and rang that one. Again, nothing happened. Ended up waiting 10 minutes, no one came, and I was out of time so I wasted my lunch break and did not leave with that I needed.

Look I get the push to no plastic and to reusable bags. However, we are humans and at times humans can be forgetful. For instance, today I forgot my reusable grocery bags at home. I pop into this location for a few things and get to checkout to find that they only have the thinnest paper bags known to man with NO HANDLES and NO reusable bags for sale (most probably because there are other forgetful humans that frequent this location). I don’t even make it to my car before the paper bag rips open and I cannot get these groceries into my apartment on the 7th floor without parking my car, getting my bags from my apartment, and then coming back down to rebag my items. My eggs are completely broken because of the torn bag allowing them to fall onto the concrete when putting them into my car.
I will NEVER shop at any Kroger from now on. You’re gonna skimp on bags to lower your cost, then I don’t need to patronize your company.

I’m very disappointed with the availability of many items at your location. Some fruits and vegetables are molded or obviously rotten that is grapes. Some oranges were not ripened to the extent they were hard for us to eat. I’m just not happy with your store. I’m going to investigate moving to another store.

This used to be a flagship, cream of the crop store. Now it's dingy, dark, dank and is just as chaotic and messy and the less taken care of locations. It's good when you're in the are and need something but short of that, it's nothing special at all

Attitude of the deli sucks. I kindly asked for some help and they just said “yeah?” waved their gloved hands at me like I’m supposed to know who can and can’t help me out.

No excuse for running out of bags. Puts an unnecessary strain on both the customer and the store workers. Supply chain team needs to do better and analyze safety stock levels.

The employees are usually nice and attentive to my needs. The customers just rude and nasty. This was the 5th time that these old privileged people could not wait at the deli and skipped the line saying they were there first. Your store needs to come up with some system to avoid this situation. Like we take a number. I pay with the same money as everyone else, privileged or not. I might just take my business to another king Soopers.

Rude, immature employees at the meat counter. Argued with me about the piece of fish I wanted and when I gave up, he accused me of having an attitude. In general this store sucks about restocking, but I could have really done without the mean employees and bad customer service.

Good selection and prices. Fantastic alcohol section. Only had one check out line open which was a shame at 8:30pm.
