The Home Depot on Mississippi and I225 has a wheel in the ditch. The staff there could care less about their customers and are condescending if you ask for any help while at the store.

Let's face it it is almost comically that at any Home Depot you go to when you approach staff they immediately go the other way....Right? Should be an SNL skit.But once in a while you get a gem of employee....thanks guy in the paint department.This is a very well laid out HD.It is well stocked and super clean.Probably one of my fav locations

I have had a miserable experience at Home Depot with the ordering and installation of window blinds. They had to remeasure 3 times because of an error I discovered, messed up the order 3 times and now I can't get the blinds I paid for installed even though I paid for installation. Every time I call it takes forever to talk to anyone and I have to start from scratch. I would never order blinds there again.

I will say when I went before for paint removal stuff they were very knowledgeable but we spoke with Michael in appliances and he was so helpful and knowledge! We were super scared because it was a blackfriday/ big purchase but Michael from appliances was AMAZING!

Worst customer service in the history of home improvement warehouse stores. employees in the sales floor blatantly ignored me as a customer. As an employee of Denver Schools, this was the worst place to use tax exempt numbers. When I placed orders online I would receive the worst selection of lumber, twisted and cracked to the point of not being able to use it. When I asked for management I waited 15 minutes at the front of the store and no one came. Voice mails and emails were left unanswered. Commercial sales employee actually told me to shop somewhere else. Spent thousands there over the years because district restrict where I could use my p-card. I will drive miles out of the way before I shop there again.

I frequent this Home Depot because it is close to my house. As far as Home Depot goes, they mostly have what you'd expect. I have not been impressed by the staff, as I feel like I'm in the way. One worker walked around a corner with his arms crossed, almost running into me, and waited for me to move before he kept going, saying nothing. Another, ran down an aisle carrying an item loudly yelling "EXCUSE ME!" so that everyone would move out of their way while they ran by. Overall, I get what I need, but would go elsewhere if there was another close option.

Employees try, but are disadvantaged by the tools and operational processes the leaders put in place. From phones. Appliance orders, delivery, installers and people who assemble most 3rd parties. Leaders bred to step us and walk the walk as the employees do every day. One day and leaders will make different processes and be better at working with customers. But leasers hid behind the staff. I call that weak and worthless leaders

If you need help here, Sylvia is NOT the person to do it. We walked in, asked her for a simple storage item and she sent us to the broom aisle. I then said that isn't what we're asking about and showed her exactly what it is online and she looked at me and walked away. RUDE

AWFUL....We ordered a stackable washer Dryer....Waited for deliver. When they showed up they didn't have the stacking unit. No one told us we needed one. they left the equipment in our garage. My husband went back in to get help and rescheduled the service. they came, and sure enough the units didn't fit. They left the washer dryer, telling us to call. My husband went back to the store to speak with a manager and get help. They told us to call customer service. Customer service then told us it was past the Samsung 48 hours and we wold be charged. We have spent hours on this without assistance. We were on with Customer Service while waiting for a plane for 90 minutes on-hold and disconnected repeating the issue over and over...Its Maddening and we still dont have hep. Unbelievable -We will fight this with our credit card company but its been awful...

This Home Depot gets one star because the salesman was great; knowledgeable, professional and helpful. However, the rest of my experience was a fiasco. Don't buy an appliance here! We waited weeks for our appliance delivery, which we missed because they didn't call us to meet them (per their own protocol and agreement.) We waited weeks again for the re-scheduled delivery. I waited at the building longer than the delivery window but never received a call, though the Home Depot tracking system said the delivery was made. (I'm wondering who got my dishwasher...) When I called customer service, the only option they offered was to schedule a third time, waiting weeks again. I cancelled the order, and was told I couldn't have a refund until the appliance was received back at the manufacturer's. What!? I never received the merchandise in the first place, so how is it that Home Depot holds my funds until they deliver it back to the factory?! They can't even get it delivered to my house in the same city. I'm disgusted. I will never shop this Home Depot again.

After hours of research online I figured I come into Home Depot to talk to someone who knows more than me to give some advice for an air conditioning unit and after my advice to anyone is just stick to online research. No one in the store was willing to give more than 2 mins of their time to actually help me. Walked out in disappointment. Online research and Amazon will give a better experience.
