Great customer service!
After a couple of years of comfort our toggle switch broke on our recliner. Trey ( the store manager) came out to the house. Evaluated the problem and sent a crew in to replace the parts to new like condition.
It’s really nice to see a company stand by their product.

The two salespeople who assisted me at RTB were very helpful and kind! I needed a special pillow for an injured neck, and they explained the pillows, helped me choose, and then helped me exchange it for the proper size. Highly recommend.

I went to see a specific chair. It's actually more like a desk. The chair had monitors connected to it and the whole thing rotates so you can recline and the monitors move with you. The chair is ridiculously expensive so I want to check it out before I consider the purchase but they didn't have it in store just on the magazine they have me.
They do have the best office chairs I've seen anywhere else. The support they offer is unsurpassed. I was highly impressed by the sales clerk. He was kind and supportive and not pushy at all. He really seemed to only care about finding something to relieve my chronic pain. He had great suggestions.

Excellent assistance with a Relax the Back chair I bought about 8 years ago. Broken cylinder was replaced quickly for a surprisingly small price. Phone assistance also excellent and enabled me to get the chair working well again.

We went in for a pillow, and wound up buying a desk and chair. I have physical limitations, and Eileen helped me find a chair that really worked for me. She was more interested in finding out what I needed and making sure it was provided than in making a sale. There was no pressure, only helpfulness. All my questions were taken seriously and addressed. Trey was very knowledgeable, as well. Great experience!

Good customer service. Very high priced items. As the store manager told me, it's a high-end shop. The least expensive office chair was $900. Perhaps the quality justifies the price. Perhaps one can find good solutions for a more reasonable price. You decide.

I was skeptical (not sure why lol) that this store and their products could help the back issues I have had with my in going health issues but not I am impressed!
Really friendly staff and they know their stuff too. And they have such a wide range of products and techniques to really match you with the best items to help alleviate my back issues.
I am glad I did not let my hesitation to investigate RTB prevent me from taking advantage of a really great store and staff!
