I was super pleased, thankful and grateful for Jude at the Printing services department when I visited last Thursday, October 19, 2023.I was urgently needing label printing done and Jude genuinely and graciously helped me with no excuses, all heart and willingness to serve. I was fully impressed because I had previous unpleasant and disappointing experiences before especially with Office Depot printing department. Jude made everything go great, my product excellent, and restored my trust that there are still really great employees out there.Staples is so fortunate to have a person like Jude create incredible experiences for customers.Thank you so so very much, Jude

I have been regularly going to this Staples for the past year and it is always wonderful. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. I can print shipping labels, buy boxes, use their free paper cutters and tape, and ship off my packages all in 5 minutes. Even when I overhear frustrated and confused customers, the employees handle everything with finesse and care. I am very thankful for each and every employee at this store. They will help you and take care of you. The shipping department is knowledgeable, quick, and kind. The cashiers are friendly and actively look out for saving you money. The crew here rules!!!

I am so deeply disappointed with this print center. I have run my art business using Staples print center for the last 4 years. The customer service in the print center is pathetic to say the least. The only competent people that I worked with over the years no longer work at the Staples or in the print center. I continue to get attitude and am now getting overcharged for the same service I have been using for FOUR YEARS. John, Bri, Davis... you were all rockstars and fantastic. I don't know the clowns working here now but I will not be returning. Take your business elsewhere.

This location needs to be shut down! The inside is filthy, legit feels like I could catch something. The staff are rude and not helpful at all. Tried to use print services but the long haired guy with the beard didn't know how to work anything. They have a very small selection of office supplies and out of a lot of the basics. I ended up at FedEx in cherry creek where I got everything I needed done AVOID!!!

If I could, I would leave 0 stars for the Staples on Colorado Blvd. The tech guy and manager are complete jerks who won't help and will be rude to you on top of it. It's no surprise they have only 2 stars on Google. Take your business elsewhere.

My Fiancé came to this store to purchase an office chair. Outside of being pointed towards the Office section, no one came to assist him within the 25 minutes that he was reviewing and trying out the chairs. He noticed other customers who arrived after him being helped. He waited to see how long they remained complacent and unhelpful, and then walked out. I spoke to a George, Staples Manager, this evening, to express our experience, and unfortunately, George was as bland in his phone mannerisms as his daytime [lack of] service team was toward my fiancé. We're off to Office Depot, since we have had better service experiences with this company. I am glad Staples is not a staple in our shopping experience!

The only reason I'm giving stars is for Desiree and Bri being very nice, helpful, and working to make up for the issues. But the printing experience with my Christmas cards itself was HORRENDOUS. On the day that I was supposed to pick them up an employee called to let me know that the cards didn't turn out looking very good and he wanted to warn me before I came and got them. He was right. They looked terrible. So another employee suggested that they could be outsourced to their warehouse for a reprint. I opted for that option and asked if they could be expedited since I needed them asap. They said they would do what they could. Couple days later when I called to check on the order the guy told me that the print company had failed to mention to them that they had some issue with it and still hadn't printed the cards. So the guy said he would do what he could to get them going again. Couple days later when I called again to check on the order the chick said that they probably wouldn't arrive until Christmas Eve so I asked her if she could at least refund me the money. She took that to mean "cancel my order". So when she told me "OK, I have canceled your order", I said that I didn't ask for the order to be canceled I just asked for my money back. To which she said she couldn't give me my money back without cancelling the order, so I said, "ok then, nevermind, just don't cancel I guess". Couple days later I call again to check on the status and the people tell me that the order had shipped on the 22nd and would hopefully arrive by the 23rd or 24th. They also said they would leave a note with the manager about the problems that I had experienced. So, on the 23rd, the manager calls and says that the order never actually shipped and had stayed cancelled, but that she reprinted them in store. She wasn't sure why the warehouse had cancelled them.I just went in to pick them up and the two ladies that I mentioned at the beginning were the only good part about the experience. Staples should give them a raise because they are the only reason that I MIGHT give Staples another chance.

Total incompetence from top to bottom. I am a retired, disabled and deaf senior. I have a permanent partial disability that is covered by ADA. I can neither drive nor talk on the phone, so getting a ride for a single order pick up is necessary.I placed an online order for three items; the original pickup date was for May 5, which sounded reasonable. That was pushed forward to the 7th, then the 10th, then the 11, and then the 13th. OK, patience rules.But on May 7 I received a less-than-accommodating email from Staples titled "Forgetting something? Your items are ready for pickup" and said they would cancel my order if I didn't pick it up (I had already entered my credit card information)! At that point, two of three items totaling $140 were still backordered!I immediately got online and messaged with "Ron," whose exact words were "Sure. Let me call the store for you and take care of it for you no worries. I will leave a note for you on the order so they can hold your items there.Well, today, they cancelled the first item. Another online rep, "Jocelyn," said "I" should re-place the order, or else "I" cancel the whole thing and start a new order. ME??? I have already done my due diligence and you won't fix it?? NO!!!!This treatment is DISRESPECTFUL and discriminatory, and I will not tolerate such flagrant indifference to a rather simple need -- One Order, One Payment, One Pick Up! Why can't you figure out a simple and reasonable request?!If the order is not cancelled forthwith, or I receive any more harassment from Staples, or if a hold or charge is placed on my card, we will be meeting with attorneys present. This is beyond incompetence, it is negligence. Done.

Came in because I heard they would laminate the COVID-19 Vaccine Card for free. I came in and was assisted by Bri at the Printing Area. She was so professional, friendly, excellent attention to detail and efficient.I gave her my parents cards and mine. My parents card had a label that would turn dark and possibly peel in the machine, so she made a copy of each and was able to laminate them and gave me the originals. I asked how much it cost to make the copies and she said no charge! Great customer service!Since I was there, they had great items in the Clearance Area, so purchased a lot of items for my grandkids at very good prices.Make sure you sign-up for their free loyalty program for more discounts!

Was shopping for a chair, and even though I was confident with what I was looking for, the team member Steve insisted on helping me even though I made a comment that I knew everything already. I really appreciate his help, he did in fact let me in on some facts I wouldnt have other wise known without his help. Excellent customer service, knowing your products. Thank you, Steve.
