The print center helped us print some materials for our wedding! Maria helped us make sure they turned out just right and was very patient with us. She even helped us out by telling us the proper way to fold the materials so that they look professional and clean. Thanks so much Maria!!!

I am doing a review specifically of the Staples store on Colorado Blvd. in Glendale/Denver, Colorado, and of the personnel at that store. They were all very friendly and helpful with my choice of a new printer, recycle of the old one, and checkout. A special shout-out to Jerod, with whom I spoke on the phone before going to the store, and to Jeff, who helped me choose a printer. Jeff is really knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the products for different purposes, and he made my decision easy. I love these guys.

I cannot thank this location enough. Your customer service was a 10/10. I ordered some posters to be printed online, and printed them incorrectly (100% my fault). I was more than willing to purchase the incorrect ones, then reorder the correct versions and pickup at a later time. To my surprise the Manager, I believe her name was Melissa printed the new ones right then and there. In addition to this speedy service she also did not charge me for the reprint. This was a mistake that I made and I was so impressed by their understanding and desire to effectively problem solve. They went above and beyond for a mistake they didn’t even make. The manger Melissa has a wonderful staff, and you can tell they respect her by the way the employees work with and around her! I will be coming back to this location for all future endeavors. Thank you again!

Went into the Staples in Glendale.
Tried buying a chalkboard, the manager assured me to sign up and download the app to get 20%. After finishing instructions there was no 20% coupon.
Assistant manager Matt refused to add the coupon, so much for customer assistance at the Glendale location.
I will definitely NOT shop Staples again

This location is easy to access plenty of parking and the selection of products is great. If you have a business or just need office supplies this should be your go to store

Staples is the only place I go to for my writing supplies, study supplies, and business supplies. They have everything I need and they are friendly and happy to help!

Some people at the register just can't be bothered to put down their phone to ring people out. I stood there for awhile, while, the older woman was on her phone. I said hello, she STILL didn't look up and was on her phone. I stood there for a little while longer while she dealt with her drama. Thumbs down for her customer service. Also, another person at the register, a young guy, wasn't very intelligent and I had to step in to help him figure out some things. I think there is a lack of training for cash wrap. But you can't teach great customer and kindness. The rest of the staff are great and were very helpful & patient on the floor.

This review is for the printing department– I sent in my print job using the online tool and the prints were super zoomed in and totally unusable. I checked my file and it was correct, the issue was on Staples end. No refund or credit, not even an offer to try to print it correctly. The person working seemed totally overworked and alone.

Print and copy staff can’t be bothered. Went in wanting to know an estimated price of a print job and instead of trying to answer my question they told me to just go over to their print section, read through a stack of laminated pages and figure it out myself. Simple question took 20 minutes of me navigating their printers just to find out the job was way over priced. I’ll add I was one of three people in the store so it’s not like they were busy, they just couldn’t be bothered to offer basic customer service.

Staff was excellent. Why can’t they print 64 pages? Fugging ridiculous just print the paper! I had to send it in several emails and it cut out large important pieces! You are a print shop! Print what I need!!!? What is the price I’ll pay it?

Never again am I going to shop at Staples, bought a printer and paid for an extra warranty which I’m sure it was suggested or sold to me as I never ask or usually opt for, and because of apparent fraud on these so called “warranties” I have to go through a third-party to redeem a refund or repair. I drove down from the mountains an hour and a half and was turned away without them even looking at it to see if there was an easy fix, I left the measly $200 printer and I’m going to buy my printers elsewhere for all of my companies.
