Called them multiple times and no one answered. Finally someone in the electronics department answered. I asked my question and was directed to look online because they were too busy to help me. Then when I thanked her for answering the phone she got real snobby and said we’re the Glendale store and are short staffed and always busy so no one can answer phones. Welp, definitely never shopping here again and telling others not to. I only had a simple question and was trying to be polite and thank her. No need to be rude af. They call their customers guests but treat them like nuances. Fraud look right there. No wonder why they’re short staffed. No one including me would want to work with people like her.

Over all store seems ok.
However I was “told” my driver’s license had to be scanned before I could purchase cough syrup. The manager said he had no other options.
So ,, I left and went to King S ,, they just manually put my DOB in the register.
(Hmmmm— didn’t Target have a huge data breach a little while ago,,, and they have the audacity to “have to” scan my Drivers License)

Kept calling then went to the store to call customer service again to witness why they didn’t answer. They stand there and ignore the phone ringing. I immediately left. Won’t shop at a place like that. Lazy

Been coming to this place for years w my dog.
Today a new employee .. super old grouchy woman harassed me at the checkout line in front of everyone about having a dog in the store. So embarrassing.. fire her immediately! Why is she in the self checkout line being so nasty to customers .

Pharmacy closes from 1:30 to 2:00. Even if you are in line before 1:30!! Plan your time accordingly.

I used to like this Target, it was great! But now every time I go, not only is it ransacked/not stocked, but I encounter people who are so unaware of their surroundings and what it means to be a fellow kind human while out shopping. It really doesn't take a lot to say "excuse me," or "pardon me" or "sorry" if you run your cart into someone or need to grab an item where someone else is browsing. If you want to lose faith in humanity, you should definitely shop here. I have never encountered more rude, disrespectful people while navigating the aisles. It costs $0.00 to be kind.
