5 stars for Miguel!I came in tonight to pick up and order I placed online and while everyone else ignored me/ran off as I was walking up, Miguel stopped what he was doing to help me out. He mentioned how he had been busy all day and it seemed to me like he was the only one with any customer service skills.

really like this target. there are spots you can do a price check for items that don't have a sticker, there's food + home products etc. lots of parking that is well lit, self checkout is large, good hours open

Came on 2/14 to buy valentines items to come to find out staff already cleared all the shelves out and are putting up Easter stuff. At least wait til 2/15.

Don't ever work for these people management is horrible here there very unorganized they cheat you on your time ,money all scatter brain here . Very rude ,racist here just horrible people . very judgemental NEVER WORK HERE !!!

SHAME on target for firing employees for buying stupid stanley cups! What a disgusting move by the higher ups. And it’s not just this target it’s targets everywhere. As if working for this company isn’t enough of a nightmare already… Do better.

I ordered an item for pickup from this store. I got an email approximately 1.5 hours later that the item was ready so I hopped in the car and drove to Glendale. When I arrived at Target I saw another email that my order was canceled and that the item was no longer in stock. I then had to call customer support to order a replacement item, which took 30 minutes. They offered me a laughable 5% off for the inconvenience. I know it’s Target, but what the heck?

You can always find what you need and then more. I can try to walk out with just one item but it hardly ever happens. I'm never disappointed in anything I get but I feel like a lot of ppl can relate..... Always stocked and clean.... During Covid I got to know the staff a lot because I was doing Instacart and shipt orders daily. They became my target family and it was a good time getting orders done because the staff was so helpful no matter the obstacles and rules during and after Covid .

A bottle of laundry detergent opened up in my cart when I was there last week and a woman helping in the self-checkout aisle named Diana was incredibly helpful. It was a busy day and there was a line and she was so kind and fast-moving. She immediately gave me some wet wipes and found paper towels to help clean up. The situation could have been kind of a hassle but I left in a good mood because of our interactions.

I have visited this Target twice in the past few weeks for pick up orders and both times the staff were unprofessional.After waiting at the pickup counter with no staff in sight, I went to try and peek in the door to see if there was any staff available. (The last time I had a pickup order at this Target, all the staff were hanging out in there and when they came out said they didn’t see me waiting.) This time, before I could look, a team member approached from the main entrance and outright yelled at me for trying to look inside. She pointed to the sign and continued speaking under her breath telling me to wait and read the sign.Additionally, 6 items on my order said out of stock, but when I went to look in the store, 4 of the 6 were indeed in stock with plenty available.I understand it is a busy time of year and if the team is understaffed, I hope they are able to get more support. No matter the circumstance, yelling at a customer that was quietly waiting is unacceptable.

Avoid this store if you value your time and food that isn’t expired. I was the only customer there doing a return but had to wait a few minutes for 1 of the 3 cashiers to wrap up their conversation about how much they didn’t want to be there at work. I routinely have to check expiration dates bc there is commonly expired food on shelves. I almost bought this chicken with a 10/17 expiration date on 11/2 before I saw the date. Gross! As convenient as the location is…This store is a no for me!

Went to pick up my orders after a busy week only to find that you all cancelled my drive up orders at 3:08am this morning even though I was within the 72 hr period stated on your website. Now you’re out of the items. Clearly just sold them to someone else. Then I spent the next 15 minutes trying to cancel the one item you all for whatever reason didn’t put back but wasn’t able to. It’s like anytime you cancel and select “other” under the list of reasons, when it prompts you to leave details, it glitches. Terrible service experience overall.I go to this target because of location only but after seeing another recent review I’ll likely try one of the other alternatives nearby.
