AVOID THIS STORE -- Go to an official Verizon corporate store instead. Bad experience, wasted time, lesson learned.
We ordered a new phone online and selected this Victra store which appeared as on option on the Verizon site and said they had the model we wanted in stock. The phone should have been ready in 2 hours. Days went by and we heard nothing. Worse, THIS STORE WOULD NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE, so there was no way to reach them directly to see if they had the phone in hand. When I ended up driving over after multiple attempts to call, they said they didn't answer their phone because they had suffered phishing attacks in the past!
As they are not an official Verizon corporate store, they seem to have different systems that are not in synch. They had evidence of my order in one system, but not in another. Though they had models of the phone we wanted in the store, they could not give them to me under the same offer I had already signed up to with Verizon. (They offered it to me for 10$ more a month, and said that was the best they could do.) It became clear there was nothing they could do to solve the issue, and they became quickly dismissive. I ended up going to an official Verizon corporate store down the road, cancelling the order, and after hours with customer service getting the prior order fully removed from their systems, ordered it again.
LESSON LEARNED - I will always make sure I am dealing with an official Verizon corporate store in the future. I have been treated much better by them, and they can do a lot more to address customer concerns. (It pays to ask - the stores outwardly look pretty much the same, with huge red Verizon branding.)

Excellent experience. Ehrin explained all my phone upgrade options without any upselling pressure. He clearly just wanted to help get me the phone that worked best for me. He also worked quickly and made sure I didn't spend too long in the shop. Excellent experience. This is going to be the Verizon store I always use now.

I wish to acknowledge the efforts of Patrick, who has helped solve several problems I’ve had with Verizon. He’s gone to bat for me, making sure I receive proper credits, finding things I wasn’t even aware of. Verizon and its clients are lucky to have this man.

We worked with Johnny in the store today and he helped us with adding a line to my friends existing account, the purchase of a new phone and a new Samsung watch and he was FABULOUS!! He was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. He helped us with a phone trade in and was so pleasant to talk to and work with. Will definitely be coming back to him for all our Verizon needs. Thank you Johnny!!!

Orlando greeted us warmly, and took a few minutes to learn what our needs were before returning to another customer he had been helping. This store manager is adept at multi tasking!
Orlando was excellent in providing solid product knowledge — he quickly diagnosed that my iPhone X was going to fail soon. As was my wife’s phone. He lined us up with the iPhone 15 and we left VVH (very very happy) We both received $1,000 credits towards the new phones.
But what really made Orlando stand out was the superb customer he delivered to us — and several other folks. My advice — head straight to this store for all your Verizon related business. Orlando rocks, big time.

I decided to contact Verizon and see why they've never given me a free Anything... So I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years pay my bill 3 to 6 months at a time... I contact Verizon Inquired about receiving a free phone, I was told if I signed a 3 year contractI could receive a phone For the price of $56.... I don't believe Verizon knows the meaning of loyalty I've been with him for 10 years if I'm getting a free phone from them how am I gonna switch to another company must less why would I I've been with them 10 years.....
UPDATE: I have received a reply from Verizon this is for everyone and Verizon.... I reviewed you here on this site if you want to deal with my review we will deal with it on this site not on your Verizon site so that you can manipulate my review..... Not sure what you don't understand about the above review???

Awesome location! While their selection for iPhone 15 cases was slim, Orlando helped me pick the most perfect accessories for my new phone :) Flawless application of my screen and camera protectors as well!

The manager ripped my phone case while replacing my screen cover and tried to play it off like nothing happened. He also refused to compensate me for the brand new case I had and instead offered me one of the cases they have in store which I have no interest in. Horrible customer service here.

They tried to charge me $50 for an activation fee, when it free at the real Verizon locations, also the old guy with the nose piercing is very annoying.
