Very honest and truly want to help the customer. Didn't get what I came in for because corporate Verizon lied about the promo but 5 stars for the guy working in this store that went to bat on the phone with corporate about lying about the "free" phone promo without explaining that it pumps your whole plan up for years to try to get the sale.

I went to purchase a new phone after my old phone unexpectedly died. I ran into some problems accessing the account due to not being able to unlock my phone. Patrick helped problem solve how to obtain access, and even walked my not so tech savvy family member through the process step by step over the phone. His patience and professionalism throughout this experience never wavered despite having a handful of customers to work with while I was there. This was the best customer service I’ve ever received while purchasing a new phone!

I have had nothing but bad luck. I found out they buy the Verizon name, but aren't truly Verizon. They sell refurbished products for full price and push you to buy more 'stuff' at full-price. They scam people and couldn't care less. I would NEVER recommend this place. Verizon corporate doesn't associate with them because of what they do. A disgrace and utterly shocking that this is acceptable....scum!

Orlando was welcoming. He helped with questions and specifications, detailed the plan for me and related costs. Brian found there weren't any in-stock. So he gave me the option to order and wait til Monday as it was Friday afternoon, or pick-up from another location with information on who to contact. Not only did he tell me, he wrote the contact person's name down. Brian spoke to the manager of the other store to ensure I had a smooth easy pick-up experience. I was completely satisfied with my interactions with the rep and the manager at Glendale location.

Going to a Verizon store is often like going to the dentist. Except for this time….Orlando was awesome, knowledgeable and dang patient. If you need something, anything, go this location and ask for Orlando. We were pleasantly surprised and well grateful that it wasn’t painful like we were so sure it would be.

The good service is hit and miss. Was in and out quickly during one trip, and another I was kept in the store for 3 1/2 hours with the team member trying to upgrade an iPhone and activate an apple watch, and ultimately had to call the Verizon service line to get it working. Not much common sense by the staff on that trip.
