Wait time for the pharmacy to pick up a simple prescription is about an hour. Always understaffed, I do t get it? What is the pharmacy manager doing?

Nice people at the pharmacy but absolutely the worst place to get a prescription. The wait in the drive thru is forever. You have to use the drive thru bc the indoor counter is closed. Perhaps they should pay more so that they can find more help? My last visit.

It's absolutely impossible to get through to their pharmacy. They never answer and keep you on hold without ever getting an answer.

The woman who helped me had a very bad attitude. The last time time I picked up my medicine this other lady saved a discount coupon on my account, which she said I could use for next time. So, I went to pick up my refill today, and this other lady wouldn't even look at my account for the coupon. She said, Do you want to the medicine or not? I will just get my medicine from Safeway from now on. I had to pay $30 more.

Terrible. Painful. Drive thru for Rx closed. Line inside over 20 minutes. Terrible management if they can't have enough pharmacists on staff. Go anywhere else.

I'm not one to write reviews but this is easily the worst Walgreens I've been to in my life. Zero communication from the pharmacy, always short staffed and closed for days when you desperately need a prescription.

Well, after posting that review on May 3, I went back to Walgreens the next day. They were closed during business hours! The entire store was closed. There was a sign that said they were closed because of some kind of technical difficulties. This place is remarkably inept. I switched my prescription to another pharmacy and have never been back. Avoid this place.

For passport photos: ID photos don't ever look good, but the ones I got here were especially bad. They used a little digital camera that was easily 10+years old, and took the photo against a door next to the register. Wish I'd known beforehand. After tax it was almost $20. Don't go here, just spend the same amount at Mike's Camera down the street for a halfway decent photo.

Mom had transferred her prescriptions to Walgreens. She kept calling to see when they'd be filled. They kept giving excuses, then she found out they'd sent them to Arizona for refills. We don't live in Arizona and NEVER HAVE! We live in Colorado . Mom was without her DAILY meds for 6 weeks. Some of those meds were for Asthma (inhaler), hypothyroidism, blood pressure and potassium. Her body did NOT react well without her meds, but because they'd already called them into her insurance agency they couldn't get refilled somewhere else so she could them. Will NEVER shop at a Walgreens ever again.

Never has prescription in stock, ever. Always a ridiculous fiasco, glad I did t wait in the 11 deep drive though to find out, I only had to wait on hold for 15 min instead. I hate this place.

Today, I had a TCS (travel) COVID test scheduled for my husband and I. I went on line and read all the information. When I got to 360 S. Colorado Blvd. I was greeted by a very an angry woman who yelled at me. When I spoke to her calmly she continued for some time in front of others and with the Pharmacy Manager standing behind her. Apparently, the manager allowed her to act that way and continue verbally abusing me. I was not given any directions, just disparaged for not following their procedure. So, I went to another facility who were happy to take care of me on the spot with kindness and respect. This is unacceptable! Now I know why we switched our perceptions to another pharmacy years ago. Do not go there! I certainly won't!!! A two star rating is too good for this place. The Manager and Staff should be Ashamed of theirselves for cruel and verbally abusive behavior. I am not in the business of giving bad reviews, however this must be make public!! Take heed everyone, there are lot's of other pharmacies in the neighborhood. Common courtesy isn't common at this Walgreens!!

My auto refill for diuretic was supposed to be ready on Nov 24, 2022. But with Walgreen's incompetence I was left with zero pills for 3 mornings. I dont feel well when I miss a pill, and I get vertigo sometimes with nausea if I miss two. So my pills were STILL NOT ready on November 28 at the Walgreens on Colorado Blvd and Alameda, Glendale area of Denver, CO. I assume that because it is an auto refill the blame does not totally rest on the Co Blvd store. But the small brained person on the phone could not think out of her tiny box. I explained the symptoms of missing my diuretic, and that someone was there to pick up my pills but they would be going to work for the rest of the day, and I CANNOT DRIVE. She could NOT get my pills then until the next morning if she left empty handed. Walgreen's SOLUTION- "It will be ready later today. Please call back" or she can mail it. YGTBFKM!! How do these people get jobs? WHY COULD SHE NOT USE HER BRAIN AND GIVE THE PERSON PICKING UP MY PILLS 1 dose. AND THEN THE NEXT MORNING SOMEONE COULD PICK UP THE REST OF MY PERSCRIPTION. It was Walgreens mistake, not mine. WHY IS THAT SO HARD? Beware of the very unhelpful and uncaring woman with the thick accent. She literally enjoyed giving me unhelpful options. Walgreens has been a atrocious everywhere, even on Parker Rd and Quebec St.

Apparently this is the busiest Walgreens Pharmacy in Denver. I'd believe it. There is always a line! The frustrating part is that if you have an appointment for a vaccine, you must still wait in that line, which often checks you in well after your scheduled appointment time. They should have a separate check in area, however, I doubt they have the pharmacy staff to accommodate the need. The rest of the store is relatively tame, and generally has products in stock (though no one has been immune during the supply chain shortages post-covid). There is a large parking lot which is easy to enter from Colorado Blvd, Alameda, or the shopping center. Staff are generally friendly and easy to find throughout the store. There is one lady in the skin care area who is particularly helpful, should you have questions about face lotions.Photos are printed pretty expeditiously, which is nice, but rarely is someone ever behind the counter to get them for you. There is often only one person at the cash registers, so a line to check out can form quickly. That's sort of the theme to this store: hurry up and wait. It would be nice if they could implement self-check outs, faster check ins at the pharmacy, and less waiting at the photo department for help.

Why make an appt for a vaccine and then have to stand in the general pharmacy line? Maddening and terribly inefficient. Waiting for 15 minutes and still three people in front of me. One more company that needs help from chick fil a on efficiency

The wait time to pick up a prescription is crazy! I have been here for 20 minutes and I'm still 5th in line! They have one person handling prescriptions pick up and consultation.
