Like many experiences, the difference between a terrible one and a great one is getting a live person on the phone. The bot said that it would take 24 hours to fill a prescription, which unfortunately was not an option. Stefan got on the phone, understood the circumstances and made it happen (<1 hour).Much gratitude.

Glendy was so fast and helpful! I came in for a passport photo and was finished in less than 10 minutes.

The lady at front desk Trudy is a little rude. I asked her what time her photo dept. opened up and was on the kiosk. I had to use restroom so I figured I'd ask. I had overheard her telling another gal she could use the rest room. I asked her and she said I don't think they're open. She then asked another gal If there bathrooms were open. Thinking she would say no she looked a little disappointed when the lady said yes.

I have been attempting to get a prescription filled for two days. Went the Walgreens location in Glendale, Colo yesterday. and the drive up lane was filled meaning more than a 30 minute wait. Then went inside and there were 16 people in line waiting. Then went home and called their pharmacy and waited on the phone for 40 monutes then got a message that there was only one person in the phone que in front of me and waited for 10 minutes more then got disconnected. Started this same phone process over again with the same result of being disconnected 45 minutes later. Today I tried again but got disconnected 40 minutes later. This Walgreens store continues to get worse. Walgreens claims to be able to proactively manage my prescription needs but they couldn't possibly do that because they can't even process my orders correctly nor on time.I have heard the staff complain that they are underpaid and overworked. If that is the case then pay them fairly and Walgreens will be able to get enough good employees to run their pharmacy correctly. This store is not clean and sometimes get an employee with an "attitude". Used to have a checkout person who was the worst I have see. I don't like to be negative but I give this location a one star, giving it that because at least the front doors are open and the lights are on.The pharmacy staff seems competant and usually polite and friendly but they seem badly overworked and probably underpaid and probably underappreciated by Walgreen management. In any event, this store is badly run and horribly managed. Sorry to be so negative but I have been going there for more than 5 years and it gets worse each time I go there.

Randomly closed at 3:40pm on a weekday due to “unforeseen circumstances”? Not only did they wait to request an auto fill on a weekend when my doctor, like most, isn’t in the office but now they are closed at a random time so I still can’t get my prescription which I’ve been out of for 2 days. Hopefully no one needs a life preserving prescription today.Edit:This place has somehow gotten worse. Now expect to wait an hour inside or in the drive thru, whichever they decide to have open that day. I watched a lady physically standing in the drive thru during a downpour because the inside was closed (luckily someone else in line was kind enough to lend her an umbrella).I would like to make it clear that the staff is all lovely but they are clearly understaffed and underpaid. Walgreens the corporation is at fault here. I have officially moved my prescriptions elsewhere.

Tried to pickup my prescriptions but the pharmacy was closed due to sickness. Next day called to make sure pharmacy was open and waited in the line for 35 minutes….never answered. If you need scripts or are concerned about you health I would strongly recommend you avoid this store/pharmacy.

I would not recommend getting your covid / flu shots here. It seems like they’re severely understaffed, and it took 1.5 hours to get my shots even though I had an appointment. There was also no separate line for vaccine sign ins, so we waited first in the prescription pick up line for ~45 min just to check in. Do not go here if you can go somewhere else!

They don’t answer the phone. I have epilepsy and can’t drive, so if they mess up my prescription I need to call them. They mess it up all the time. Multiple times I’ve had to walk there or pay for an Uber, my parents even came from out of town once to take me there and argue with them for me. They need to answer the phone for their customers for situations like these. I cannot come to the store and I need to speak to them.

Poorly staffed pharmacy creates havoc for those of us that cannot afford to let meds lapse.

Let’s face it, Walgreens has let itself slide. I don’t know if it’s truly hard to hire Pharmacy staff or if this is a deliberate corporate policy of “skimpflation” now that they have a near monopoly. All I know is that I feel like I’m in some sort of post soviet-collapse failing economy every time I go here. Waiting indefinitely in a very slow moving 25 person deep line for a covid shot. So much for making an appointment and for post-competition capitalism.
