Tried to cash check after waiting in line a long time only to be told there was no manager available to help with the transaction. Had to leave and go to another bank. Disappointed again!

ATM has been broken for like 8 months, always gotta go elsewhere for my own money. Fix it??? Wells pinches pennies on the customer experience, but you KNOW the CEO is on a yacht right now.

Sheryl is AWFUL. Seriously, she needs to do something else other than working at a bank. She doesn’t know how to give change back, seems flustered and angry any time I’ve had to drop off deposits and is just flat out rude. One of the times she refused to give me change back and the teller next to her had to tell her it was okay to do after overhearing our interaction (thank you to whoever that was!), then Sheryl got major attitude afterwards. I don’t even work at a bank and even I would know how to handle money better than her.

Wells Fargo Glendale excellent service bank! I had some fraudulent activity and went into get some help navigating it because so much is linked these days I didn’t even know where to start! A banker named Ixtel helped me so much I can’t thank her enough!!! She got me completely up to speed and really knew how to handle my situation! I was able to recover lost funds and so appreciate her help! All the tellers there are very pleasant and professional! Would highly recommend!!!

It was such a pleasure meeting Efrain today. He was so dapper and takes pride in his looks and his job. I was a little confused on what I was trying to do today and he educated me on what to do. Efrain should truly be rewarded for his efforts. Thank you Efrain for being such a light today.

I went to this Wells Fargo to cash my Tabor refund check. Since I’ve never had a teller of a bank steal from me before, I admit I didn’t pay very close attention to her counting my money. I immediately went across the parking lot to the Walgreens to put some of the h Chime account when I opened the envelope(for the first time) and handed the cashier the $400 dollar limit for this I looked into the envelope and realized there was only $300 left. I RAN back, a they were about to close, to tell the bank and when I walked in the tellers eyes met mine and I knew right away it was no accident! I talked to the manager , or guy pacing in the front, and he said they would count her drawer to see if it was off and I said “it won’t be off bc the money is in her pocket”. Of course I was right. I was really counting on this money since I’m trying to get my gardening business back and running. I went from living on the streets using drugs to cleaning my life up and finding God so maybe these are attacks from Satan to anger me, Idk but in my 46 years I’ve never had anyone from a corporation steal from me and it has happened twice in less than a year (7 months!) The goodwill on Broadway stole my food stamps.. it could have only been them as I had recently filled out a job application with them and you need a SS number to change a pin on the EBT card! It was used so quickly that it wouldn’t be feasible for someone to have even got out of the dark web.. plus they lied and said I hadn’t done an application and I wasn’t in the system.. the cops were uninterested in the proof of the email asking me to come in for an interview.. I had more too. This was right before Thanksgiving too! I don’t know what’s up.. I guess the “defund the police” is working out great!

This location, including the branch manager Vielka Y Shaw, are a bunch of idiotic clowns. I've called between 5 and 7 times with no help. I was told to visit a branch location. When I visited the bank, they told me to call. When I called, they told me they couldn't help! I am tired of the back and forth and lack of accountability at Wells Fargo. Called and again Vielka refused to help or address the issues I've experiencing. I am still unable to access my funds/ account. No wonder Wells Fargo recently paid an almost $4 billion penalty for the exact same thing I'm experiencing!Reaching out to the executive office is a further waste of time!
